One thing was annoying... smell of cigarettes smoke everywhere.
Hygiene Issues: "The carpet in the room was noticeably stained, the curtains were falling apart, and the walls were heavily stained, making it extremely uncomfortable."
Amenities: The Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak and practically unusable. The elevator was also filthy. Furthermore, the room didn't even have a desk.
I booked an hourly room specifically to use the hotel's Wi-Fi to send emails, but after trying several times, I couldn't even send them. I had to hastily check out and look for another hotel. It's strange, why are there so many good reviews online?
I forgot my charger when I checked out, and they contacted us proactively.

This hotel was such a letdown. The room and the bathroom are big, l'll give them that. But everything is old and dirty. Everything! The carpet is disgusting - dirty, stained, full of hair from previous clients, the windows were so dirty that you couldn’t see through them. The room had mosquitos when we checked in and then when we kept finding them throughout our stay, we realized they were coming in through the airvents. Awful! The surfaces were so dusty that I doubt that they cleaned this room before we got here. The bathroom floor was so dirty when we arrived, the toilet seat had brown stains on it that we had to clean in order to use it, the towels were old and raggedy and the walls in the room had stains and holes from previous water damage that never got fixed. And to top it all off the room reeks of cigarette smoke. Ridiculous! The breakfast was ok. Not a lot of food options but the ones they did have were good. No beverages like coffee or tea are served, which we found strange, especially since they offered mugs with the dish ware. Their dish cleaning system was also weird: they washed them and loaded them by hand in a huge stack in a cupboard, but some of them were still dirty and had food stains on them…Overall this hotel is waaaaay too expensive for what it offers. This is a 1 star hotel at best.
