Good: has a mall near, easy transport to the Canton Fair Complex and the lobby staff was very helpfull even though they didnt spoke english

Positives: Its only 7 mins walking distance away from Chigang station . The service is great. My room was amazingly clean , I think its newly renovated, got the non smoking Queen Room . Wifi was great. They used to put new towels and water bottles everyday and fix the bed. Staff were very helpful.
Negatives: No laundry service but they helped me find a laundry place near. No fridge in the room, staff not that great in english so prepare translation apps but they use translation apps. Hallway is a little dirty and can smell a little but the room itself is great. No elevator but its only 3 floors.
