Great stay at S&P Holiday Inn Guangzhou. Super close to Baiyun Airport, which was really convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, staff were friendly, the 4pm late check-out and 24 hour airport shuttle service were great bonuses. Overall, it was an easy and comfortable stay.

The hotel is good value for money. Very near to the airport. Quite suitable for catching up with the early morning flights. The hotel also provides free airport shuttle service. In addition, several restaurants are nearly.

Caught me off guard a little during my arrival.
Positive point: the service crew is friendly and supportive, the location is good for food hunting, where there is super market and snack shop to buy food. Easy access for public bus.
Negative point: spotted mosquito are outside of the hotel, but the hotel provides mosquito repellent.

Very old and sloppy hotel, rooms unlike photos. For example, no shower glass partitions and only luke warm water!

My first few days were not so good. But I give credit where credit is due. The hotel stepped up and made good on their agreement with me. The room was nice, clean and large like I prefer them and what I booked. The area is great and close to Baiyun airport. Pickup and drop off at airport is good and in very nice SUV's. Lots of excellent food around too. Also a ATM very close.
