Spa-Hotels in Shenzhen

On the first night, we experienced an issue when the air conditioner was not working. The weather outside was very cold, but the temperature inside the room was hot, around 26–27°C. I called the front desk three times, but the problem was still not resolved. A staff member even came up to our room to check and then suggested that we open the window to improve ventilation. This solution was unacceptable...

The service was excellent, very enthusiastic and proactive. Although it's an older hotel, it still feels grand. It's also super convenient for concerts. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time, and they even gave me a free steam eye mask!

Facilities: Well-equipped and meet various needs. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. Environment: Spacious and bright, with an unobstructed view of the Universiade Center. Service: The hotel butler and staff are all very enthusiastic, meticulous, and thoughtful. Overall, my stay was very satisfying 👍 The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the Universiade for concerts, which...

Despite its bustling location, the hotel's soundproofing is excellent; once the windows are closed, it's completely silent inside. The double-layered blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in naturally, ensuring a high-quality rest.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it!”

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations — from the warm and welcoming staff to the spotless and comfortable rooms. The atmosphere was relaxing and elegant, making it easy to feel at home right away. The service was outstanding; every detail was carefully thought through, and the team was always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect, and all facilities...

The room is spacious and well-maintained, even if it's not brand new, making for a pleasant stay. There's a large park right below the big glass windows, complete with tennis courts. It's incredibly convenient, as you can access Futian Station right downstairs. Dining is also a breeze; breakfast is plentiful, and the Xiangfang restaurant in the lobby offers great value for money for lunch and dinner

Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is right above Futian High-Speed Rail Station, which made traveling to Hong Kong incredibly convenient. I could get to the station just ten minutes before my train. It was truly excellent. Although the hotel has a classic, older feel, it still offers top-notch service and standards. Really fantastic, I loved it so much. The breakfast was plentiful, with a wide...

Right by Futian High-Speed Rail Station, which was super convenient coming from Hong Kong by high-speed rail. There are plenty of attractions, shopping malls, and subway lines nearby, making it perfect for sightseeing. The hotel facilities are decent, and the service is great too!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the service is great. The pool is clean and uncrowded, and they even offer ginger tea and lemon water. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen! There are also plenty of dining options around the hotel.

1. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the receptionist who checked me in was quite sharp-tongued and perhaps not the best fit for a front desk role. Maybe it's a case of a big hotel acting snobbish. 2. The complimentary water in the room was clearly the cheapest kind, probably costing around 60 cents a bottle wholesale. It really didn't match the hotel's supposed quality!

The room was clean, tidy, bright, and the bed was very comfortable. The soundproofing was also excellent. I highly recommend it.

The service throughout my stay was thoughtful and thorough, truly living up to a five-star standard. The front desk efficiently handled my check-in with politeness, and the concierge proactively offered to help with my luggage. Room service was prompt and meticulous. The turndown service even included a special bookmark, which really showed attention to detail. The staff were responsive and enthusiastic...

Service: The service was excellent. The cleaning staff remembered the status of each room, and the front desk staff were very friendly. They even contacted me promptly after check-out when I left something behind. Facilities: It's an older hotel, so some of the facilities are a bit dated, but it still maintains its elegance. All the essential amenities are available. Environment: It's just a five...

The location is excellent, the decor is elegant, and it's clean and tidy. It's very convenient, the service is warm and welcoming, and the stay was very pleasant. Highly recommended. The buffet breakfast also offers a wide and delicious selection [thumbs up].

I had a very good time here thanks to Concierge Stephen and Front Desk Team Ives and Witter. It was a very rough day and I lost my identity card and everything. As such I try to approach the FD to see if they could let me check in with my remaining identity proof and Ives gave me very useful suggestions and I was able to check in after reporting to the police. Stephen was very sweet he offered me his...

Another Fabulous stay, from start to finish. This hotel is becoming a second home in Shenzhen! It was not my first stay at the Shangri-La Luohu, and it will not be the last. I missed the pulse and liveliness of the marketplace at Shenzhen port, and the Shangri-La is perfectly located for an incredible stay. It’s a friendly place to stay with the warmest of welcomes. The Shangri-La reception team...

The location is very good, but the service is lacking. For example, in the room, you can't find any information about where the gym, swimming pool (which floor it's on), kids' room, etc., are located. Also, there’s no comb, so you have to call every time, and there’s no tissue paper.

I was very satisfied with my stay. It was my first time here, and Molly at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful with my room arrangement. The room was spacious and had a balcony. I recommend this place! They have two buildings with different styles, both worth experiencing. There are also many attractions nearby. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance.

On a business trip to Shenzhen before the Chinese New Year, this Hilton's location is truly unbeatable, and the sea view is stunning with yachts right below. The hotel is very clean, and I slept comfortably. The front desk service was also good. Plus, there's a shuttle bus to Shekou Port, which is very convenient.

Every time I visit Shenzhen Nanshan, I stay at this hotel. It's close to the beach with great views, and there's a children's sandpit just a short walk away, which my kids absolutely love. The transportation is convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. It's truly the perfect choice for business travelers.

The hotel service was excellent, very warm and welcoming. The room was spotless. This time, I got upgraded to a South Wing sea-view room, and the view from the room was also fantastic. Highly recommended!

Room Amenities: I booked a room in the Seaview Wing. This hotel also has a South Sea Wing, both under the same hotel name, but they're completely different in style. That's because they used to be two separate hotels that merged. The South Sea Wing rooms are larger and include suites. The Seaview Wing rooms are smaller. After all the essential amenities are in place, there's very little space to move...

The hotel room was incredibly spacious and the decor felt brand new. The service was absolutely five-star, making for a perfect trip.

Reliable brand, but a little dated. Nonetheless, we still had a very comfortable stay. Our room was spacious, breakfast spread was good tho lack variety (they didnt change the menu). Service was hit and miss. Only few were very hospitable and helpful throughout our stay.

not recommend for elderly or disabled person as many staircases. Need to switch lifts at 33/F to go out or switch lifts at 32M/F for breakfast, bar and restaurants

Highly Recommended hotel service is spectacular you will enjoy their facilities like gym pool etc all restaurants serving very good and quality foods Very accommodating helpful and friendly staffs special mention White Who assist and inform us about everything we need to know about our stay thank you and we will love to come back again and again 😊

Overall of the room and service are good. The bad thing is the lift where very confusing as need to take a lift to 33th floor, and then change another lift to the room level level.

1st class hotel set in the middle of Shenzhen. Bedrooms are superb with an unusual room layout with the bath and shower in the middle of the room surrounding by glass. The 1881 restaurant is also top notch and worth experiencing. The layout of the lifts is a little unusual as the reception is on the 31st floor. So you have to go up 1st to reception in one set of lifts, then use another set to go...

Nice amenities, quiet room with great views.

The room was perfect and the location too! it is just at the airport so no need for shuttle bus as you walk from the hotel to the terminal.

Every staff member here is so courteous and helpful. The comfort of your rooms is unparalleled and have a great location that’s convenient and scenic.

with direct access it is just 5 minutes walk to the airport check-in counters, very convenient, clean and good facilities.

The Regency is still top of its class. But I hope they will turn up the AC from the airport into the hotel. It’s super humid!

This is a good hotel and it is easily accessible to Shenzhen Bao'an Airport from the 3rd floor. The room is big and the beds are comfortable. Good buffet breakfast.

The Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport is generally praised as an excellent airport hotel, particularly for its convenience and quality. Guests consistently highlight its direct connection to the airport terminal, making it ideal for layovers or early morning flights.

Dameisha Ququ Island | Kids & Family Activities: The environment is fantastic, and it's a one-stop shop for families with kids! My child didn't want to leave after two days and one night! It's truly a great place for a holiday! I'll definitely go again when the weather is nice! Service: The butler service was very attentive. Cleanliness: It was very clean and fresh, and even being by the sea, the...

The sea-view room offered a great view and the service was attentive. However, they really need to pay more attention to replenishing the shampoo and conditioner in the room. We took advantage of the yacht tour discount offered with the booking, and it was a good experience. This kind of promotion is definitely a plus, enhancing the overall stay.

The room is spacious and well-designed, though the bedside tables are lower than the mattress, which makes it a bit inconvenient to place things. The balcony facing the sea is very pleasant. There's a wide variety of breakfast options, and the staff are enthusiastic, but not many dishes were particularly delicious, though it was sufficient. The best part is the many swimming pools catering to both...

The hotel environment is excellent, and the service is impeccable. Whenever I called the front desk, they responded very quickly and efficiently. The highlight was the service from our butler, Lila. She contacted us in advance to ask about our preferences and needs, and every evening she would check in on our experience and any further requirements. Overall, both the environment and the experience...

Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Service from all staff was consistently good. The hotel is not the most modern in design but the room was spacious, comfortable and well kept enough to make us feel relaxed. Our room on the 10th floor has a nice view of both the beach and outdoor pool. The photo shooting included was a really thoughtful idea.

The kids absolutely loved the room and didn't want to leave even after three days. On the first night, we ordered some sand toys, but they couldn't be found by the concierge the next day, so they gave us a smaller set as a replacement. There were a few minor hardware issues, but the hotel was proactive in resolving them. The suite came with executive lounge access for two people. We wanted to add an...

This hotel is really good. The staff are friendly and respectful, and it's quiet and warm at night, making for a great rest. It felt like everyone I met in the elevator was also very happy with the hotel. A special thanks to Cherry, Cathy, and Herry for their help!

The room type is great, with beautiful views outside, and the facilities are complete. The shuttle service is also very good. The aviation-themed culture is well-reflected, making it a hotel with a distinct style.

Fantastic! The layout is very comfortable, and all the designs are thoughtful. The service attitude is exceptional~ The hotel's aviation theme is quite interesting. This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Shenzhen; I'll definitely come back next time. Facilities: Excellent, well-equipped. Cleanliness: Perfect score. Environment: Newly renovated in 2022, everything is very clean. Service...

The Shenzhen Airlines Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the subway station, making it super easy for business trips or layovers. The lobby is spacious and bright, and check-in was very efficient. My room had just been renovated, it was clean and tidy, with comfortable and soft bedding, and excellent soundproofing, so I slept very soundly at night...

The hotel environment and service are good, and the room has a nice view, clean and tidy. However, the executive lounge's food and beverage selection is too limited. Compared to Marriott and Cordis, there's a significant gap. I hope they can improve next time.

I absolutely love this hotel! I adore its design, the little airline robot figurines dressed in different outfits placed everywhere, and the warm service that makes you feel like you're always traveling first class. I also love the views from the window, their meals, and the clean swimming pool 🏊. A special thanks to Director Liu for his meticulous and thoughtful service.

The hotel is amazing! They have self-service laundry and drying facilities, and it's super close to my company – I can get there quickly by walking or biking. Definitely recommend! 🏠 Room facilities: The room is well-equipped with everything you typically need, including a mini-fridge. The hotel staff, especially Xiao Yu, was also incredibly warm and attentive.

The front desk staff were warm and professional, and check-in was very efficient. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient.

The front desk staff, Ruifang, was incredibly diligent and responsible, helping us with a late check-out. The security team was also very responsible.

The environment at Liya Hotel is quite good, and there's a subway nearby, making transportation very convenient. April at the front desk had a great service attitude.

Overall, the hotel is pretty good and the service keeps up. The decor style feels a bit dated, and the TV is really small. The internet connection was also a bit troublesome. The hotel's location is excellent though, with many iconic businesses visible nearby.

The most pleasant surprise during my stay was the hotel's service. From the moment I walked in until check-out, I felt incredibly well taken care of! Rueifang helped me with check-in and even upgraded my room, which was a great experience.

Great, I'll definitely visit again. The facilities are complete, and the environment is clean and tidy. The front desk service is excellent, and the room's mattress is especially soft and comfortable. The hotel's aromatherapy scent is also very pleasant.

My entire stay was incredibly therapeutic. The hotel service was thoughtful and attentive, with staff who were gentle, polite, and highly professional. The room had great natural light, making for a truly delightful stay. The service team took meticulous care of us throughout, being genuinely friendly and sincere, handling everything with steady care and attentiveness. They truly served every guest...

They upgraded me to a newly renovated room. The room layout was good, the bathroom was spacious enough, and it even had a small tea room. However, there's subway construction nearby. Personally, I didn't find the noise too bothersome, but the window view was just a construction site, which was quite underwhelming. Facilities: Standard Marriott quality, but the stairwells and lobby definitely felt...

A perfect stay at the JW Marriott Shenzhen, all thanks to the professional assistance of Guest Services Executive Reina! Reina’s genuine smile and warm, generous service made a real difference. She handled check-in efficiently and thoroughly, proactively asking about my preferences and arranging the room accordingly – truly thoughtful. The room itself was spacious, exquisitely decorated with great...

My stay here was incredibly comfortable. Even though the hotel has been open for a while, it's really well-maintained. The room was clean and tidy, and all the facilities were in great condition – didn't feel old at all. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around, eat, and shop. What really stood out was the guest service; the staff were so warm, attentive, and quick to respond...

My stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen was absolutely fantastic, a five-star recommendation is a must! The guest relations specialist, Reina, was attentive and professional throughout my visit. She handled the check-in efficiently and meticulously, proactively introducing me to the hotel facilities and local attractions. Her demeanor was gentle and perfectly poised. The room was spacious and elegant...

Great location, facilities and services (front desk, housekeeping, lounge, breakfast).

Nice hotel in a good location, not far from a metro station. Very glad that I got my room in the morning, it was so good to be able to check in earlier than expected after a long flight. Spacious room, good breakfast and pretty affordable compared to other five star hotels in the area.

The Langham Shenzhen exudes British elegance with a prime location, making getting around a breeze. The rooms are spacious and exquisitely designed, with premium amenities, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The Michelin-starred Tang Court offers authentic Cantonese cuisine, while the Palm Court's afternoon tea is a classic. The service is attentive and thoughtful, making it a top choice...

The location is fantastic, super convenient for getting around. They even upgraded our room for free! The room was huge, and the facilities were well-maintained. Every corner had a stylish design, making it perfect for photos. My experience was way better than expected!

Breakfast was quite international and some local dishes. However the carpet was not well maintained as it had some smell.

The desserts at the lounge truly live up to their reputation. The dinner selection isn't vast, but it's refined. It's a pity the lounge doesn't offer breakfast. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but they are very well-maintained. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next vacation.

As expected, Chinese hotels are really spacious and clean! In particular, Xiaotang and Xiaoli are very kind and nice people. 🥰 Thanks to them, I had a great rest!

The hotel is a well-established brand. The rooms are clean, and the swimming pool is of excellent quality with great water. There's a jacuzzi, but please note that swimwear and swimming caps are required to enter the water. The breakfast is of Southeast Asian three-star quality and could be improved. Overall, it's good, especially the service, which is attentive.

Room a bit old, overall is still good to stay

A decent hotel with very sweet staff. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel design is quite strange and old fashioned but nothing wrong with that! The breakfast is good: a standard Chinese buffet breakfast. No decaf coffee available of course. We paid extra for club lounge access but it was shut which was a shame and meant it felt like a pretty poor deal. If we had gotten a standard room...

Traveling for work and wanted to pop over to Hong Kong. Chose this hotel and the front desk staff were great, immediately upgraded my room. It's really close to the border crossing, perfect for those planning a day trip to Hong Kong and back. The room facilities were all good, not as old as I'd imagined – a classic five-star hotel. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The service is great, and the hotel is clean and hygienic. Its location is excellent, making it convenient for shopping and dining out.

This was a great experience, especially the warm welcome at check-in and the speedy check-out. The front desk staff were attentive and thoughtful, enthusiastically recommending local attractions. The entire service experience was full of thoughtful details. I would definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Sunshine Hotel Shenzhen for our trip to Shenzhen, and we were very satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. We also went to Hong Kong for business during our stay, and the round-trip transportation was very smooth. Getting around Shenzhen itself was also very easy. Since we arrived at the hotel quite late that day, the front...

Sunshine Hotel didn't disappoint me again, I have to give it a big thumbs up! The front desk lady was super nice, proactively asking about my needs and even upgrading my room directly, which was a real surprise. The new room was huge, well-laid out, and had a great view—it was simply comfortable to stay in. The overall service was really on point; from check-in to check-out, all the little details...

This 5-star hotel definitely delivers on environment and service. However, the facilities weren't great, probably due to their age. The air conditioning was leaking, and the toilet was clogged. On the bright side, the Laifen SE hairdryer was excellent, though I didn't get a chance to use the bathtub.

The room was excellent, the facilities were great, the pool was fantastic, the service was superb, and the view was amazing. A few things really stood out: first, they thoughtfully gave us a complimentary breakfast since we were traveling with two kids; second, they arranged a room with a view of Window of the World for us; and third, even though our original room on the sixth floor already had a great...

The hotel's location is fantastic, right above a subway station and connected to a mall, with Window of the World just across the street. There's an outdoor pool, but it's not heated; an indoor pool would be a great addition. I booked a room with a view to watch the drone show. The room maintenance was okay, but the shower in the bathroom wasn't good – the door didn't close properly, and water leaked...

The hotel room was clean and comfortable with excellent facilities, and the express service center staff were very welcoming!

Stayed at this hotel again! The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The hotel's location is superb, right opposite Window of the World and behind Happy Valley, making it perfect for families with kids. Plus, it's right next to a shopping mall, which is super convenient for dining and shopping!

The Westin's room was in my ideal location – directly facing a scenic spot with a large mall downstairs, offering everything from dining to entertainment. Absolutely flawless in that regard. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the room was a bit small, especially with a large bathtub squeezed into a tight space, making it awkward to walk around. It's just a design issue, I suppose. Also, there...

The hotel service is attentive, and the staff at the express service center are very friendly. A pleasant experience overall.

The hotel is quite old and you can feel it straight away. The reception was very kind and upgrade us the room with panoramic view. But the windows there was a bit dirty. Everything was very smooth. We've got complimentary late check out at 3pm! The location is very quite, about 10 minutes by taxi to Coco Park.

This hotel is really old and probably can't achieve a clean feel anymore due to its age. As for the so-called river view, the windows are so dirty that there's nothing worth looking at.

Room was a little musty and quite rundown. More than great enough for just sleeping. Bathtub was peeling, had mold in areas, and just could be.. cleaner. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Staff were also very helpful and kind. Nice gym, pool was very cold as the sun is blocked by the building ( though I guess its well shaded) Very close ride to Link City mall

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the border crossing. I used my membership benefits for a free room upgrade and a late check-out until 2 PM. The West Wing is a bit of a trek from the fifth floor, though.

The facilities and amenities along with all the services are do overwhelming. Pool experience was also nice.Location is so peaceful and memorable 💖

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. We stayed at a hotel near the border crossing in advance of our trip to Hong Kong, which was very convenient for crossing early in the morning and getting ahead of the queues. The check-in experience could be improved slightly. There weren't many staff members at the reception when we checked in during the afternoon, so we had to wait quite a while, but their service...

Nestled in the bustling Nanshan district, ASTA Hotel Shenzhen offers a compelling blend of modern comfort and strategic convenience. The contemporary, well-appointed rooms provide a clean and restful haven, while the hotel’s prime location is a major highlight—it’s within walking distance of key tech hubs like Tencent and close to subway access for easy exploration of the city, including a straightforward...

I came here on the 4th of December 2025. I am really inpressed by the employees. They are very nice and the service is great. Mrs. Lu Ying Hua supported so well. Thank you! Xie Xie! Prof. Dr. Mario Lucas

2nd time stay in this hotel, wonderful experience, room spacious, good environment, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended! Thumb up

The hotel is good and clean. The location is in the center of the downtown with lots of shops and restaurants.

Clean and close to everywhere. Much appreciated the great service from Rong Cao, highly recommended.

Recommend this hotel! Had a really good 4d3n stay. Kudos to Luo Yi who has done both checkin & checkout for me. Thanks for changing my room for me twice to get me a room with no cigarette smell. Good soundproofing as well. Love the solo cabin gym as well. 1 thing to note is that pillow/pillow cases have a weird smell.

I have a good stay at this hotel. Check in is smooth and counter staff Anna and Bella are friendly.

The room amenities were good, but the hotel staff's attitude was quite poor. The cleaning staff walked straight into the room with their key card without knocking. The customer service also handled things rather poorly.

Very clean and comfortable room. Diverse choices and high quality of breakfast menu. Special appreciation to Ms. Zoe (Front Desk) who was pleasant to talk with, very helpful and professional.

The room decor was lovely and new, and it was very clean. The breakfast was also excellent, with many freshly made local specialties. It's a shame the coffee at breakfast wasn't great; it was a bit weak. Other facilities like the gym and pool were also well-equipped.

Extremely satisfied! Great location, friendly staff, and the hotel is spacious and very clean.

My stay in the Deluxe King Room at the Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan Bolin Tianrui was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all expectations! The room was spotless, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The hotel's ambiance was elegant and upscale, with a stylish lobby. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making for a wonderfully quiet night's rest. The service throughout was professional and...

The room was very clean, and the view was great. Breakfast was also delicious. It's a perfect place to relax on the weekend! 👍

I first stayed here shortly after it opened in 2018, and it was brand new and fantastic back then. Ten years later, I was a bit nervous booking again, worrying that the facilities might be old and impact the experience. However, since we were a family of three traveling with a child, my main concerns were a sufficiently large 1.4-meter bed and a spacious room. After checking in, the experience was...

Grand, upscale, and the elevator was super fast. Kevin's polite and friendly welcome was a nice touch.

First off, the room's cleanliness wasn't great. The carpet in front of the window was badly stained and looked really dirty. The whole room felt generally dusty and not very clean. Breakfast was also a letdown; both the mini wontons and rice noodles weren't tasty, and the fruit quality was poor. To top it off, I encountered an unprofessional front desk staff member. Very disappointing.

Conveniently located right next to Coastal City, and just a ten-minute walk to Shenzhen Bay MixC. The room was quite spacious.

The facilities are a bit old, probably due to the age of the building. The TV doesn't support screen mirroring, which was a letdown for someone who loves to binge-watch shows. The service was good, though, and the air conditioner in the room was quite noisy. The view and breakfast were decent.

We stayed in this hotel for one night with the kids, it's value for money, the room is clean and new, it's located on top floors of a building, it has a great sea view and city view too. I called on the day of checkin and they prepared kids amenities and bathrobes for the kids. Also a surprise for my daughter who has her birthday in the coming week. The breakfast buffet was also satisfactory. We had...

The environment, hygiene, service, and view all exceeded my expectations. It's incredibly good value for money; this quality usually costs upwards of 1500. It's located in the center of Nanshan, making it very convenient to get to MixC. Guests staying here also get lunch for just 198, which is unbeatable value!

The Executive Club experience for two was great. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the food quality was excellent. The Executive Lounge staff were warm and attentive. Since we were traveling with a child, we booked an executive twin room, and they thoughtfully upgraded us to a higher-category twin room, which was slightly more spacious. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.

We stayed two nights over the Easter holidays and overall had a nice experience, with a few notable downsides. The highlight is definitely the high-floor room (45–56 floors) with a fantastic view of Shenzhen Bay. Waking up to that view was a treat. The hotel is located in what feels like a business / science and technology district, which became very quiet during the holidays—something we actually...

Always a good experience staying at Renaissance. It has all you need, close to 万象天地, KTV, good food and quiet neighbourhood. Price is also one of the best in higher quality hotels in SZ. Would recommend.

The room was great with a nice view, and the service was pretty good. The windows were a bit dirty, and there wasn't a complimentary first round of mini-bar drinks. The location, however, was very convenient. Occasionally, there were strange noises at night coming from the furniture, windows, and air conditioning. As a solo traveler, this made me a bit uneasy.

I specifically chose this hotel for its views of Shenzhen. Even though it's an older hotel, it's definitely worth a visit. Going up to the 96th floor for afternoon tea or an evening drink offers a truly memorable experience.

The room was spacious and very clean. Although it showed its age, you could still feel the grandeur of a veteran five-star hotel from an economic boom era. The service was warm and attentive, and the transportation was very convenient.

Lunch Buffet: Do not really have too high expectations Room: Upgraded when we were about to check in Butler: Well

Divine. Not only does the hotel offer exactly what you need with the St Regis standards, the rooms are very beautiful beautifully designed. After a long day of traveling around in the heat and humidity, it was so wonderful to come back to the hotel click the spa mode function in the bathroom. Sit in the bathtub watch TV on a crystal mantle display and let the day wash away. For those looking for...

Excellent service. Michael helped me check in in the evening. He was dressed handsomely. The atmosphere of the lobby was warm and inviting. The room was tidy and spacious. I enjoy the furniture placement. It was convenient to move through the room and still set up for my business call. I’d definitely stay again and recommend St.Regis to my partners. This lux hotel is perfect for business travelers...

It's a excellent hotel. The guestroom was organized on L77 with a spectacular view. We really enjoyed
