I came here on the 4th of December 2025. I am really inpressed by the employees. They are very nice and the service is great. Mrs. Lu Ying Hua supported so well. Thank you! Xie Xie! Prof. Dr. Mario Lucas

2nd time stay in this hotel, wonderful experience, room spacious, good environment, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended! Thumb up

The hotel is good and clean. The location is in the center of the downtown with lots of shops and restaurants.

Clean and close to everywhere. Much appreciated the great service from Rong Cao, highly recommended.

Recommend this hotel! Had a really good 4d3n stay. Kudos to Luo Yi who has done both checkin & checkout for me. Thanks for changing my room for me twice to get me a room with no cigarette smell. Good soundproofing as well. Love the solo cabin gym as well. 1 thing to note is that pillow/pillow cases have a weird smell.

Great hotel and Great Customer services. Loved it

An area of little tourist interest, dependent on taxis. A concrete jungle. In that sense, a new, urbanized China.

It is really just okay. Don't expect the reception to speak English and be aware that the bath has seen it's best days.

Cost-effective, worth living! Upgrade left me

The hotel's location is excellent, and the lobby had a great Chinese New Year atmosphere. The service was fantastic, with a very cozy tea area. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and hygienic. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Very close to the port and offers free parking. The hotel has a great location. The room has a window and is very comfortable. No strange smells, and the bedding is high quality and very cozy. This is my second time staying here.

The hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and convenience stores. The front desk service was incredibly attentive; they offered to help with my luggage during check-in and even recommended local specialty restaurants. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and all the facilities were new. Breakfast offered a wide selection, including...

Facilities: The facilities are quite new, with robot delivery service, and well-equipped. Hygiene: Clean, with daily cleaning service. Environment: Relatively quiet, not on a main road, so it's not noisy, and parking is convenient. Service: The service attitude is always great.

Great location with of plenty of food choices and near 福田口岸 and Metro. Opposite 皇岗公园 great to have a short walk.

Traveling to Hong Kong with my family and neighbors and their kids, we got back too late, so everyone agreed to stay somewhere not too far from the border crossing. It was clean and hygienic, and there was a faint, pleasant scent even in the hallways.

The most satisfying aspect was the convenient location for getting around. The subway is right outside, and it's easy to catch a taxi. All the places I needed to go were relatively close by. As for the room, the facilities were a bit old, but for this location and price, it's still pretty good. The cleanliness was alright. The only real downside was the poor soundproofing; there must be a mahjong...

This hotel is super convenient for business travelers. I booked a night here during my business trip to unwind. During the day, I went for a stroll at Shenzhen Bay Park, soaked up some sun, and just let loose for a day during winter.

Facilities: Great value for money. The family room consists of two spacious rooms. Environment: Clean and hygienic. The front desk is neat and has a pleasant aroma. Service: The breakfast is exceptionally good, reflecting the traditional standards of provincial and municipal representative offices. It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely come again.

The location is fantastic, right next to the subway station and in the heart of Futian Center, with plenty of dining options nearby. Transportation is incredibly convenient. I really like it and will definitely bring friends next time. Thumbs up!

The hotel is right next to Gangxia Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around – just turn right when you step out. It's close to Futian CBD, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Excellence Center, so it's quite lively in the evenings. Both the hotel and rooms are very clean, and the staff are warm and attentive. The breakfast offers a good variety of Chinese and Western...

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the subway station. You literally step out of the elevator and the hotel is right there! The surrounding area is a foodie's paradise. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very polite and accommodating. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

The hotel room was very spacious. The front desk, specifically 116/121, processed my check-in very quickly. I'll definitely come back next time. The location is excellent.

The room was clean and tidy, with new facilities, and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk service was warm and friendly, and the location was convenient, with many dining options nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The room was spotless and spacious! Great value for the price! The front desk service was excellent 👍 I'll definitely stay here again! It's also very close to Futian Port, making it incredibly cost-effective.

The hotel is conveniently located near Huanggang Port, making it very easy to get to Hong Kong. There are subway lines 10, 4, and 7 just about 500 meters from the entrance. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and the room itself was very clean.

The location is convenient for travel, and the elegant environment made for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff, especially 117-106-121, provided incredibly attentive service. Thumbs up!

The environment is comfortable, clean, and the service is excellent. Rooms 117, 106, 121 are great.

Location is quite good n staff services are friendly, walking distance to Custom quite near too

Bare bones hotel with minimal amenities. Ideal if all you need is a bed and shower. Located inside a shopping mall with a view of...the interior of the shopping mall (at least in the room I stayed in). Best thing it has going for it is the convenient location right next to Futian Checkpoint Station and the border to Lok Ma Chau, Hong Kong.

Very convenient location for Futian/Lok Ma Chau border point. 5 minutes walk from the hotel at most. It's a bit tricky to find the hotel. You need to walk into a shopping mall and they have reception on the ground floor but the hotel is on the second floor. The rooms are very small but fine for a night or two. Crucially it is clean and fairly modern. No natural light from the window as my room was...

Promotion page mentioning with window by river view but actually not the case, it's the window with indoor shopping mall view....so disappointed.

The room was a bit small. Location is great as it’s very close to Futian checkpoint

Cheap and value worth. Only internet needs to be improved. Others are fine.

Staffs are so friendly. Room condition is quite good and bed is also comfortable. Customer is convenient to access to broader to Hong Kong.

Room rate is reasonable. Very close to the China-HK border. Close to MRT

I had my first time experiencing a windowless room. Haha, You need an alarm set up. 😄 The room was ok if you go just sleep.

Just near Huagang land port to transfer to stay one night Nothing like hotel , it’s like guest house

Location is great and close to futian railway stations and many other attractions, room was good for the price

Good location. Good access to metro and shopping center. Recommended to friends

The environment is very nice. They proactively upgraded our room and it was very clean. I highly recommend staying here.

I was only staying one night for a show in Hong Kong, and the price was perfect during the May Day holiday. It wasn't far from the border crossing. Because the show ended late and there were a lot of people going through customs during the holiday, I arrived at the hostel quite late. The hostel lady was very helpful and made sure I checked in smoothly. The staff were friendly, and the basic amenities...

Excellent hotel 🏨 and great service and comfortable accommodation close to the airport and free shuttle bus 🚌 to airport highly recommended to everyone 👍👍👍

Staff are courteous and helpful. Near MTR fumin station F exit

Location is good. It is near train station. It has some shopping mall near by as well. Good for value.

Very easy to book. A cost saving hotel brand. Hotel rooms, beddings and towels are clean. Great location, right across the subway station entrance. Hotel entrance is just off the main road.

Tried this hotel when arriving early in the morning. Although I only booked for 3 hours, this is just a trial as I am still looking for a place to stay when I come back to Shenzhen a week later. This hotel turns out closest for me to rebook for my return trip. They are close to the train station which is convenient. Smaller size but it is ok. It is still value for money. Not close to Shenzhen north...

A little smaller and a little tired, but still a nice option in a great location next to Shuiwei urban village which is a large gastronomic and drinking attraction. Massage options abound also. Hong Kong options are plentiful as it is next to the border. A good budget option for this area.
