Great hotel, highly recommended! I’ve stayed here multiple times, and the service is always top-notch. The staff are friendly and professional, and everything is clean and comfortable. The only downside is that there’s no robot for room service delivery — it would be a nice addition. Other than that, everything is excellent!

We had a delightful stay, as we were assigned a comfortable room on a higher floor. Furthermore, we received an upgrade in our room type and were granted a late checkout.

Good view from the room. The room is v clean.  Excellent location, just beside exit 10 of the High Speed Railway. If by subway, just walk through the underground Link City, walk up exit B3, than u can see the hotel is just in front of u!

A cozy Japanese cuisine restaurant on the 25th floor of Grand Mercure in Zhuzilin, Shenzhen. The room is very tidy and neat, with a decent view facing the city. Mina was very helpful and polite.

Good atmosphere and has what is needed. Room was clean and decent size, with usual complementaries. There is robot delivery service and quick check-in process. The lift situation is a bit confusing, as they did not specify the difference nor had anyone to support near the lift area. Be aware not all lifts can reach the guest rooms.

All was good except the service quality at breakfast - there isn't any eye contact from no staff at the breakfast cafe at level 1 . Cheese and cold cuts selection are minimal.

Everything was quite good for Shenzhen standard. The location of the hotel is great and most of the staff was friendly and kind. We would recommend this hotel to families. It is right on top of a mall with a good playroom for young children.

The location of westin is so convenient, there is a shopping mall right below with a lot of restaurants. The subway is also located right at the shopping mall. Opposite of the hotel is the theme park “Windows of the World”. I love the bathtub and wat it pressure of the shower is great. All in all a great experience.

This is not what I expect from Hilton. They didn't give us the type of room we reserved until we demanded it and even then they put us into a room that they had taken out of service because someone had been smoking in it. Our key cards kept having trouble, and had to be replaced several times. It would work at the room door but not the elevator, and then in the elevator, but wouldn't open our door...

I love this hotel. Big room, great service, clean, and great scenery from the pool. Location is great, next to the bus stop and train station. The staff could speak in english fluently, so no worries if you can't speak in chinese. It really was a pleasant stay!

Really enjoy staying in Holiday Inn Donghua Shenzhen. We had a early flight and arrive hotel about 10am and they allowed us to check in early. Room is clean and great breakfast, especially their freshly squeezed fruits juice. Great location where metro is just few step away from hotel. Katie Yeo from Font desk is very helpful. Great stay. Area has many options for food and drinks. Not far from metro station and easy to go to the airport.

Stayed here a few times. Everything is fine. Only problem is that the gym opens at 0730 which is too late into the morning. The reason for this is because the gym and pool are detached from the hotel itself. This current time, my room wasn’t ready until 6pm. Not super satisfactory.

The hotel was very convenient, just 5 mins walk from the train station. Amenities were ok, the health centre, swimming pool and gym is in a different building, so requires a bit a exploration required to get there.
