On a business trip to Shenzhen before the Chinese New Year, this Hilton's location is truly unbeatable, and the sea view is stunning with yachts right below. The location is very good, but the service is lacking. For example, in the room, you can't find any information about where the gym, swimming pool (which floor it's on), kids' room, etc., are located. Also, there’s no comb, so you have to call every time, and there’s no tissue paper.

This 5-star hotel definitely delivers on environment and service. However, the facilities weren't great, probably due to their age. The air conditioning was leaking, and the toilet was clogged. On the bright side, the Laifen SE hairdryer was excellent, though I didn't get a chance to use the bathtub.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Emperor Building, and you can even walk to Old Street. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, making it a very convenient spot. The service was warm and attentive. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and hygienic. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the subway station. There are many restaurants, eateries, and malls nearby, which is very convenient. Every time I come to Shenzhen, I stay at the Hua'an Hotel.

Holiday Inn Donghua Shenzhen was one of the best hotels I have already been to. Specially when it comes to facilities like gym (it has an amazing training centre), laundry 24/7 included and easy to use, breakfast amazing with high variety. Besides, it’s basically in front of Nanshan Book Mall station and also its location is well served.

Stayed at Holiday Inn again, and as before, my room was upgraded. It felt like coming home. They've updated the toilets to smart ones, and they even offered complimentary traditional Chinese soup in the evening. Breakfast was good too, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Because of this, I extended my stay for another night in the same room.

The delivery robot brought my takeout right up to the room. The subway station is right downstairs, making it super convenient to get to Futian. Second time in Shenzhen, and the Sheraton truly surprised me! The room was lovely, my older child traveling with me absolutely loved it – so clean and tidy! The hotel breakfast was also excellent! And what's more, the front desk lady was incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive!
