Hygiene: The hygiene was very average, and the room had an odor.
Facilities: The room was very small. The entire hotel only had two washing machines, located in one very dark bathroom, and there was no dryer. Additionally, the parking lot was extremely cramped, making it very difficult to park.
Service: There was hardly any service. When checking in, one of the front desk staff was very indifferent.
Cleanliness: The room itself was relatively clean, but the hallways had no air conditioning and were incredibly hot.
Environment: It's a bit far from the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, but there are plenty of convenient dining options downstairs.
We always stay in Hampton by Hilton family rooms when traveling with our child, but honestly, this was the worst experience I've ever had. The owner really needs to renovate the place!
