The blue and white fairytale of Tianya Town, Jingyao Meisu truly exceeded my expectations. With floor-to-ceiling windows offering a panoramic ocean view, I could watch both sunrise and sunset right from my bed – incredibly therapeutic. The room was clean, tidy, and stylishly designed, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. The beach is right downstairs, perfect for effortlessly capturing stunning photos. If you're coming to Sanya for the sea, this is the place to stay; I'll definitely be back! Jingyao Meisu boasts an excellent location, breathtaking sea views, spotless hygiene, and complete, comfortable facilities. It's conveniently located, offers great value for money, and made for an incredibly satisfying seaside getaway. Highly recommended! My sister recommended it, and I'm very satisfied 👍

Negative review: appalling hygiene, extremely poor experience!
This was truly a disastrous accommodation experience! Upon entering the room, I discovered numerous unsanitary areas. There were obvious urine stains on the bathroom floor and around the toilet, which was nauseating. There were even food scraps on the bedside table; I don't know if they were left by the previous guests or simply not cleaned properly. The table was sticky, like spilled drinks that hadn't been wiped clean; it was sticky to the touch.
They charge for transportation! You have to carry your own luggage and find your own ride. Paying this price for a guesthouse is supposed to be clean and comfortable, but they couldn't even do the most basic hygiene work; it was a complete sloppy job. I sincerely do not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it!

Unlocking Sanya vacation mode, Jingyao Meisu truly understands romance! The beach is just 30 meters downstairs. In the evening, we chased the sunset, strolling along with the sounds of a beach singer mixing with the waves—the ambiance was perfect. The Dyson hairdryer and smart toilet in the room were thoughtful touches, and the eco-friendly paint on the walls felt fresh, making our stay peaceful and comfortable. The infinity pool seamlessly connects with the sea; taking couple photos leaning by the pool edge looked amazing without any editing. There are also many snack stalls and restaurants nearby, perfectly satisfying our cravings, plus numerous cafes and beach bars. We also got to try Hainan Qingbuliang and various tropical fruits. We'll definitely come back next time to unlock even more romance!

The room is not near the sea! Not by the sea! Don't be fooled, there is a road in front, construction is still going on downstairs, and the price is a bit expensive. Other famous hotels on the beach are cheaper than this one. If you want to check out, you will be deducted 50% of the handling fee. Other stores will deduct 20%. Black-hearted boss, don’t be fooled by the recommendations on Xiaohongshu! ! !
