Having direct beach access for playing in the sand and wading in the water is incredibly convenient. Our butler, Duoduo, was very responsive. The washing machine and drying rack were also extremely useful

Coco provided exceptionally warm and thoughtful service, making us feel cared for throughout our stay! When my child developed blisters on their feet after two days of playing in the water, Coco immediately delivered calamine lotion to our room—her response was incredibly prompt

No one can resist Tianyu's photo booth – I loved it! Even though it was a bit hot and my kid was a little sleepy and fussy, we still managed to get some pretty satisfying photos. Thumbs up to all the staff at Tianyu!

As a popular choice for family trips, the Sanya Yalong Bay Universal Resort Hotel certainly lives up to its reputation. The shaded swimming pool, water slides, and other facilities are a huge hit with kids

It's also convenient to wash your feet after playing on the beach, as there's a dedicated area nearby. Service: There's a dedicated hotel staff member who can answer any questions, which is quite good

We stayed at MGM Sanya for three nights, in a golf-view room on the 8th floor. It wasn't damp or musty, the room was really comfortable, clean, and spacious, with a great open view. Overall, the experience was fantastic

A small detail that was quite heartwarming: on the second day at breakfast, my child asked if they could get some sliced cucumber. Lo and behold, on the third day, there was a plate of sliced cucumber in the salad bar

We also tried the banana boat; getting splashed when it went fast was a blast. The kids' club isn't huge, but it has slides, building blocks, and small toys, which was perfectly sufficient for younger children

The kids went wild for the big slide in the children's pool area, going up and down over a dozen times. There's also a zipline that adults can enjoy, which was pretty thrilling sliding over the pool area

The room was spotless, spacious, and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding that ensured a very restful sleep. The cleanliness details were meticulously handled, and the toiletries were well-stocked

I do not know now, was long ago in 2010, the place and the hotel just fine. the service was good, nice clean beach.

The environment is fantastic! For a hotel costing just over 1000, the ambiance alone is worth 800! The room was very spacious, and the ocean view was absolutely stunning! Although the weather was bad and rainy when we arrived, making the room a bit damp, we contacted the front desk and they immediately sent up a dehumidifier

However, I do have a few concerns: While the rooms are a bit old, which is understandable, upgrading the slippers and ensuring cleaner chopsticks wouldn't be costly and would significantly improve the guest experience

The complimentary travel photography offered by the hotel was also great! If I come back to Sanya, I'd definitely consider staying at Mangrove Tree again!

Regis Sanya, I truly experienced the butler service firsthand! This time, my butler was Lulu, and her service was incredibly thoughtful. She was always responsive to any request and quick to act

Whatever we needed, she delivered. For the next two nights, we upgraded to a pool room, which our son absolutely loved. We also went on a coral reef sightseeing boat and tried kayaking

The room was a bit old, and breakfast was just okay. The executive lounge offered enough to fill up, though the variety and taste of the food were nothing special

But you can go clam digging! Once you get into the water, you can immediately see many small fish. The water gets deep very quickly, so I wouldn't recommend it for non-swimmers

Traveling with three people, I initially contacted the hotel via Ctrip to see if an extra bed could be added, but the hotel flat-out refused

The beach is a coral reef area with quite a few rocks, which was a bit rough on the feet. The lounge breakfast was a bit simple, so we opted for the Mediterranean restaurant instead
