Having stayed at Atlantis Dubai before, I wanted to see how Atlantis Sanya compares. Upon arrival, a butler escorted us to our room and introduced us to the room's facilities and the hotel's entertainment options

All the amenities around Atlantis are really quite comprehensive! The service was excellent. We were traveling with my mom and our child, and our butler, Seal 🦭, was incredibly thoughtful

I brought my friends from out of town to stay at Atlantis, and the overall experience was absolutely fantastic! It was my friends' first time, and they had a blast!!! We all LOVED Tina the beluga whale at the aquarium!!!!! She's truly the best beluga in the world!!!! And Andy was super cute too!!!!! It was so therapeutic to watch them swim over and gaze at us!!!!! Our butler, Paopaoyu, was an unexpected...

They arranged for us to check into our room immediately and even provided some special treats – seriously, so nice! 🤩 The next day, because we had a photoshoot booked and were a bit short on time, they extended our check-out time after we discussed it

They even have Hainan's traditional Qingbuliang! The Chinese dining area is even more impressive, with classic Cantonese dim sum like cheong fun, freshly cooked noodles, congee, stir-fries, steamed dim sum, and authentic Hainan snacks – everything you could wish for

Arrived at the hotel around noon and was able to check in early since a room was available

From indoor to outdoor, from hands-on practice to educational learning, the hotel had designed unique activities for children of different ages. The indoor 'Wonder Kingdom' was a children's paradise

The staff Saon was responsible for the foreign guests and he was connected with us for the whole stay. He makes our stay more smooth. He helps us whenever we need anything needs during the stay

As a popular choice for family trips, the Sanya Yalong Bay Universal Resort Hotel certainly lives up to its reputation. The shaded swimming pool, water slides, and other facilities are a huge hit with kids

Coco provided exceptionally warm and thoughtful service, making us feel cared for throughout our stay! When my child developed blisters on their feet after two days of playing in the water, Coco immediately delivered calamine lotion to our room—her response was incredibly prompt

No one can resist Tianyu's photo booth – I loved it! Even though it was a bit hot and my kid was a little sleepy and fussy, we still managed to get some pretty satisfying photos. Thumbs up to all the staff at Tianyu!

Having direct beach access for playing in the sand and wading in the water is incredibly convenient. Our butler, Duoduo, was very responsive. The washing machine and drying rack were also extremely useful

The hotel service was excellent. Our butler, Coco, contacted us in advance to follow up on our service. She kindly upgraded our room and allowed for a late check-out, both free of charge

When we arrived in the evening, a bed rail had already been installed in our room, showing how prompt and responsive the service was

The hotel's large lawn is great for photos, and the complimentary photography session was decent with no pushy sales tactics

Howard Johnson is a known hotel brand from the USA, known as a budget hotel. The hotel has many pools, but two remain closed and the main pool is okay but only 1. 4m deep, just good for light swimming and kids playing

However, the room lighting was dim, the air conditioning was noisy, and the overall hardware facilities were just average

They upgraded us to a sea-view room, and you could see the ocean as soon as you opened the door. The hotel's swimming pool was also great for swimming. It was a very enjoyable vacation!

Each hotel has its own pool and activity area, and they all share the same water park and shopping district. The hotel room was very spacious; I was immediately impressed by the large bathtub upon entering

The rest of the amenities were standard for a five-star hotel. There were many Russian guests staying there. For me, the only downside was that the pillows were too high. Parking at the entrance was quite chaotic

The downstairs amenities are incredibly comprehensive, from KFC and Starbucks to Lawson convenience store, and even the hotel's own water park, food street, and beer workshop, creating a perfect leisure loop

Imagine enjoying breakfast, relaxing at the hotel for a bit, then taking the kids to the Amazon Rainforest Water Park, and in the evening, browsing the shops downstairs – it's really quite pleasant

My stay at Sanya Bay Mangrove Tree Resort Palm Tower far exceeded my expectations. The hotel environment is as beautiful as a painting, and the rooms are clean and comfortable

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the location was convenient

The plus was the daily free daily to the water park with the wave pool that my kids enjoyed very much, would love to stay again

There were just two working pools: at The Buddha Tower and The Queen Tower. However it didn't spoil my impression. There is a decent food court with reasonable prices so that you don't need to go out

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It's not so new but with a big potential and a huge territory. The Aquapark area and the swimming pools were under maintenance

Beautiful resort, it consists of six buildings with different room types, it has its own shopping arcade and dining street but not enough guests booking there, it needs a bit of promotion so that more people know about the resort

There's also a shopping center, Starbucks, KFC, a food street and 24 hour convenience store inside the resort which provide everything you need

We had a very pleasant stay at this resort, thanks for the room upgrade from Anna and nice service has been provided by her

Facilities: The hotel rooms are a bit older, not as new. The elevators are quite new, so you don't have to wait long, which is very convenient. There are also many pools and they are very clean

The swimming pools were the biggest highlight. All the hotel pools are heated, so it wasn't cold at all even swimming in the evening

The room was very clean, didn't have the musty smell mentioned online, actually quite fresh, and the layout was well-designed. The hotel offers a lot of activities, and the nightlife is really vibrant

The public areas are beautiful with plenty of photo opportunities, and the complimentary photos turned out great. I had a wonderful stay here; every staff member was smiling and any issues were promptly resolved

The kids went wild for the big slide in the children's pool area, going up and down over a dozen times. There's also a zipline that adults can enjoy, which was pretty thrilling sliding over the pool area

We stayed at MGM Sanya for three nights, in a golf-view room on the 8th floor. It wasn't damp or musty, the room was really comfortable, clean, and spacious, with a great open view. Overall, the experience was fantastic

My questions were numerous and fragmented. She showed no impatience at all, listening carefully and answering clearly every single time. Her tone was consistently gentle and polite, and her gaze was focused

This was my first time at the Mangrove Tree Resort World, so I kept confirming things like the resort layout, buggy routes, water park opening hours, breakfast locations, and check-out procedures

The hotel environment is beautiful, and the resort facilities are very comprehensive, with a food street, a water park, and a gym. Our butler, Jessica, was also very responsive to all our requests ☺️

During travels, it's inevitable to repeatedly confirm details and ask many basic questions, sometimes to the point where I feel a bit embarrassed

' Her patience wasn't just superficial; it stemmed from genuine professionalism and good upbringing, making one feel respected, well-treated, and taken seriously

The hotel grounds are huge with lots of recreational facilities, like the swimming pool and water park. There's an 'Adventure Kingdom' for kids, as well as a commercial street and a food street

The front desk staff were proactive, warm, and courteous, providing excellent service. The balcony view was fantastic, and the hotel pool offered a great view with clean water

I couldn't leave without giving a positive review; I'm very satisfied with everything about this hotel. I especially want to recommend Butler Beibei; her service was meticulous, gentle, and thoughtful

She provided one-stop service throughout my stay and handled every detail perfectly. Next time I stay here, I'll definitely look for Butler Beibei again!

The swimming outdoor swimming pool on 5th floor (I think) is big with zones for kids and adults. One downside is the glass door to balcony wasn't sealed tight, so high wind on higher floors makes quite a bit of noise

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to our housekeeper, Betty! Her service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful

Parking was really convenient, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The receptionist, NN, was very helpful, and the room arrangements were excellent. It's a great value-for-money hotel

Just a heads-up though, don't open both the room door and the balcony door at the same time—there's even a sign at the hotel entrance about it—because the cross-breeze gets really strong. The outdoor pool was spotless

Aside from the slightly less convenient location compared to Dadonghai and the somewhat dated facilities, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are very spacious, and the night view is lovely

For me, at this time of year, swimming at noon was perfect, not too hot, but I'd be worried about it being too cool in the mornings and evenings. The hotel staff were also very attentive and thoughtful

The yacht view from the room's balcony was absolutely stunning, especially watching them enter and leave the harbor in the morning and evening. It's also very close to Luhuitou Scenic Area

The room is absolutely stunning! Unbeatable ocean and bay views, plus breathtaking nightscapes! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! A perfect experience overall! The park and beach near the hotel are also fantastic

The price is also very reasonable, and the breakfast selection is plentiful. It's definitely worth recommending

My daughter, who is under three, loved the 'Little Dragon' outdoor playground during the day and the pool in the evening – she was so happy she didn't even want to eat! Second, as a five-star hotel, it offers great safety and security, which gave me peace of mind knowing my parents and daughter were staying there alone

The kids' play area is suitable for older babies, but it's outdoors and gets a bit hot. The pool closes quite early in the evening

Third, the hotel breakfast is truly amazing; it looked incredible when I video-called my daughter. In summary, WJ will definitely be our choice next time

It's a shame we didn't get to check out the rooms in the East Wing this time; I'll definitely come back to experience them if I get the chance!

We stayed in a Huahai Suite, and it wasn't cramped at all for four adults and two children. The room was bright and airy, just how I like it

The rooms are a bit old but very clean, though they show their age. Overall, it's an old-money style hotel with an excellent breakfast

I booked a standard room, but they upgraded me to a sea-view room, which was a lovely surprise! The room was spacious and very clean. I loved the hotel's public areas – they were really beautiful

The customer service lady was exceptionally good; she helped me arrange a late afternoon airport transfer and a late check-out. The breakfast was also excellent and very plentiful

I come to Sanya every year, and when I do, I always stay at the Mangrove Tree Resort. This year marks my first time visiting Sanya during the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the resort, as always, was clean and tidy

The environment is very comfortable. The common areas have a Southeast Asian style, perfect for a leisurely vacation for both adults and children. It's also very close to the beach

Coral's butler service was excellent; they'd check in every day to see if we needed anything. The room itself was relatively simple. Overall, it offers great value for money

Her service was attentive and enthusiastic throughout our stay, providing both excellent arrangements and meticulous care

I had a really comfortable stay at The Sanya EDITION this time. The hotel's overall design is beautiful and gives off a great resort vibe. The pool is also excellent, perfect for a relaxing swim

Knowing my baby's napping routine, Wendy proactively asked if we needed a late check-out. Her thoughtful service made this vacation so much easier for me, traveling with both elderly family members and a child

Wendy was very responsible, responded promptly, and was incredibly observant. She even noticed my baby's hand had been bitten during check-in and brought mosquito repellent

All the essentials were provided, including kids' amenities, a dehumidifier, and various types of pillows. The entire experience was truly rejuvenating

All the staff members we encountered at the hotel were also very enthusiastic. I will definitely choose The EDITION again next time

Sanya Haitang Bay Mangrove Resort is perfect for a vacation! The iconic sailboat architecture creates an amazing atmosphere, and the beach and pool experiences are excellent

The photographer was great at guiding our poses, and the photos by the sea turned out wonderfully. The hotel environment is beautiful, and our stay was very comfortable

The hotel's garden lawns create a wonderful ambiance, especially romantic at sunset. The iconic helipad offers a stunning panoramic view of the entire bay, truly breathtaking

The selected travel photography exceeded expectations; they didn't force poses but were good at capturing natural expressions. The photos taken on the lawn and helipad turned out exceptionally well

My family and I had a very comfortable stay these past two days. The Southeast Asian-inspired garden design really created a wonderful vacation atmosphere. We'll definitely bring the family back if we get the chance

On site are two restaurants, the evening is only one, buffet (my own lunch) choice of food is huge, seafood, various meats, fish, vegetables, fruits, have a barbecue, all fire, all very tasty, though pricey, is 289 yuan / person

Because our room had such a great sea view, it was quite a walk from the lobby, but it was really close to the beach and the buffet dinner, so I guess you win some, you lose some. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied

However, there were too many mosquitoes; they were everywhere in the room, and we even had to switch rooms because of them. Hygiene: Perhaps because it was the afternoon, there were too many tiny flying insects

Needless to say, resort hotels by the sea in Sanya are always a good choice, and Sheraton is a classic brand. Since you can't swim in the sea at Haitang Bay, I made sure to fully enjoy the pool in my pool access room

Service: The service was quite enthusiastic. Ambiance: The environment was decent, and there were many pools

Breakfast was abundant, and everyone was sure to find something they liked. My favorite was the smoothies – the banana papaya smoothie and the dragon fruit smoothie were both incredibly smooth and delicious

A special shout-out to the cleaner, Lin Yuanju. Because we extended our stay and had a child with us, the room often got quite messy, but she always cleaned it spotlessly and replenished supplies promptly

The room was spacious and very clean, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. Both the front desk and restaurant staff provided excellent service

The room had a nice view, but the pool wasn't heated, so the water was a bit cold for this weather. There were a lot of foreigners, and it was very close to Dadonghai Beach

The only minor drawbacks were that the hotel's public pool was a bit small, as was the lawn area, but its proximity to the beach certainly made up for it

The location was also ideal—peaceful but not isolated, and only a 7-8 minute walk to the beach. The infinity pool was perfect for photos. The executive lounge was also a great spot for conversation and relaxation

The staff renting water equipment by the pool were very patient. The service was also excellent; our butler, Daria Su, was incredibly responsive and even helped my child find a place to take an exam

The environment is fantastic, and the greenery is the best I've seen among all the hotels I've stayed at. There are plenty of activities for kids, and the fire dance show was amazing

Finally the gardens are immaculate and a morning sunrise walk a must. Kids facilities top notch with part free and part paid for activities. There also a small animals enclosure and climbing wall
