The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Liu, had an excellent service attitude. After a tiring journey, staying at the Shanshui Hotel allowed me to get a good night's sleep. The hygiene was impeccable, and the hotel's decor was very neat. Amenities were plentiful, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was also delicious.

The hotel's decor is grand and sophisticated, with a strong business-like feel. I was really impressed that despite it being peak season during exam times, they didn't hike up the prices. There's a tea bar next to the front desk where you can help yourself to tea, fruit, and more. Shishi at the front desk was so welcoming and handled my check-in quickly and professionally. Noise, it's all noise. The door and the corridor are not soundproof at all. I was woken up several times in the middle of the night by people talking in the corridor. In addition, the delivery robot woke me up directly with its loud voice when it delivered food in the middle of the night. Please be careful if you mind the sound insulation effect

This hotel offers great value for money. The environment is really good, and even though it's in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet. The bedding was clean, there was plenty of hot water, and the staff were very friendly. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out!

The room was very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The hotel also has a laundry room with both washers and dryers, and they even provide laundry detergent, which is a thoughtful touch.
