Wuhan, 9 Chunhe Road, Huashan Eco City East (18 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I checked in on the first day of Chinese New Year. Despite the room status being good, I wasn't upgraded as advertised. It took coordination with Trip.com to finally get it sorted. Maybe it was due to staff shortages on the first and second days of the New Year, as there was no one to help with luggage. The service attitude only started to improve around the third day. The hotel is a bit old, and both...
I stayed for three nights during Hilton's peak year-end conference season, with many company annual meetings. I almost couldn't book a room through Trip.com. The young man at the front desk was a bit stingy, refusing either breakfast or executive lounge access. However, thanks to a helpful friend in the reservations department, I paid the difference and stayed in an executive suite for three nights...
This hotel really made me feel at home. Everything, from check-in to check-out, was handled exceptionally well. The room was clean and comfortable, and our butler, Aria, provided meticulous service. I highly recommend it to everyone!
One of my favorite 🤩 hotel in Wuhan China . I celebrated my daughter’s birthday 🎂 . 5-star experience all the way! From check-in to checkout, everything was seamless—great location, comfortable beds, and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend to anyone visiting!"

I messed up this time. I should have used this group-buy voucher the day before, but they said I needed to book even earlier. Although I managed to book it yesterday, I realized I might have missed out on something. In the end, I only stayed for one night. I'm not sure if negotiating at the time would have led to a better outcome.
I came to Wuhan alone, and the rainy weather wasn't doing much for my mood. But then I met the lovely Jessica at the front desk. Her service was so thoughtful; she upgraded my room and patiently answered all my questions. This short trip at the InterContinental truly made me feel at home.
The hotel facilities are complete and new, very clean, and the bedding is comfortable. It's located by the Yangtze River, offering a quiet escape from the bustling city with great views. The front desk service was excellent, and it's great value for money. Highly satisfied!
An amazing trip! At the InterContinental Wuhan, on my very first night, I saw a red moon rise from the riverside! The front desk agent, White, upgraded my room to a higher floor for free, and the river view with the full moon absolutely blew me away. I've been to Wuhan so many times, but this is the first time I've felt the Yangtze River's night view was this beautiful!
I booked in a hurry and forgot...
The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was incredibly spacious, much larger than I expected! The toiletries provided were also of good quality. From the room's balcony, you could see the Yangsigang Yangtze River Bridge.
Swimming pool was closed and haven’t any notification about this

Wuhan, No. 20, Jinyinhu Lu (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
This is a high-rise hotel located in Dongxihu District, Wuhan. It is a luxurious and spacious building with a high ceiling and a parking lot in front. Inside, there are wedding planning services, gift and specialty shops, and food delivery robots. There are also wedding banquet and general restaurants. The rooms are spacious and have views of the surrounding area. It is close to Metro Line 6 and has...
The hotel is next to Jinyin Lake and close to Jinyin Lake Park. The environment is good. The subway is just downstairs. Travel is also convenient. Ordered by a friend. The view from the room next to the lake is very good. My friend was very satisfied with his stay. A friend has mysophobia. It felt good to stay here.
The front desk service is warm and the hotel environment is comfortable. After leaving the hotel, the operator Xiao Zhang helped me contact me for a replacement invoice. It is highly recommended.
The experience is extremely poor. To order takeout, you have to go down to the lobby to get it yourself. There is no phone reminder before check-out is delayed. If you delay for more than 10 minutes, you will be charged extra. Compared with the high room rate, it is not cost-effective.
The room is large and clean. There is a small park next to the hotel where you can take a walk. The breakfast is very rich, including Chinese and Western food, especially the hot dry noodles are delicious, and the overall feeling is good.
The hotel is large and the service is very good. The lobby managers Yoyo and Sophia are enthusiastic and have sweet smiles. The front desk supervisors Sisi and Liu Xuan are very professional in their service. Thumbs up! Miss Chen Qingsa from the reservation department, thank you for a very satisfying stay.

Although the hotel is a bit older, it's incredibly well-maintained, exuding a luxurious and elegant vibe without being stuffy. The rooms are equipped with high-end amenities, making them comfortable and cozy. The hotel pool is also beautiful and clean, and the underwater music is a really nice touch.
Absolutely loved the hotel lobby – it's so spacious and grand. The view from my room window was breathtaking, with a misty, expansive landscape that was incredibly refreshing. Breakfast and the welcome fruit were also fantastic. It's super convenient for dining and shopping too. For two consecutive evenings, I strolled across the road from K Avenue walking street to SKP for dinner, then leisurely walked...
I chose to stay at the Wanda Reign Wuhan during my visit to Wuhan. The hotel is located in the core business district of Wuchang and offers a unique butler service. My butler, Jessica, called me a day in advance to arrange a room on a higher floor. The bedding was soft and comfortable. It's also within walking distance to SKP. The hotel's facilities are excellent. Definitely a recommended hotel.
As a Trip.com Black Diamond member, I got to enjoy the 'One City, One Room' free stay – glad I caught this benefit! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic.
Pros: Housekeeper Xizi was very attentive, and the staff on the 27th floor were very enthusiastic and thoughtful.
Cons: 1. I booked two Executive Grand View King Rooms and informed the housekeeper beforehand to try and arrange them together. The housekeeper was very efficient and arranged it quickly, but they weren't on the Executive Floor. The two adjacent rooms were positioned one directly opposite...
An absolutely amazing stay, far exceeding my expectations! The environment, service, and cleanliness were all impeccable. The room was spotless, the bedding incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail was outstanding. From the moment I checked in until I left, every aspect of my stay was comfortable. Riverside Immortal · A Stay at Shangri-La Hotel, Wuhan
The grand halls of Chu land emanate elegance, its fragrant courtyards quietly absorbing the city's glow. The window frames a city view, bathed in warm sunlight.
The guest room soothes away weariness, and the exquisite delicacies nourish the soul.
The attentive service adds a touch of warmth, making this stay in the river city unforgettable....
The service was excellent! We stayed during the May Day holiday and the service was really attentive. Manager Hans even gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was incredibly rich and easily comparable to popular breakfast spots outside. The afternoon tea at the executive lounge was also exquisite, but we were simply too full to fully enjoy it. It also happened to be my birthday, and although they...
This hotel has a classic service style that feels comfortable without being overly enthusiastic. The location is excellent, with three subway lines right downstairs, making it very convenient for getting around.
A bit old but the service is standard, and the location is great. I wasn't a fan of the toiletries' scent. The room size was good, and staying on a higher floor was comfortable. Breakfast was nothing special, neither good nor bad.
Our stay was excellent! We arrived in Wuhan a day early because we couldn't get train tickets for the May Day holiday, so we booked an extra night at the hotel. We checked in very late, in the early hours of the morning.
The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They combined our bookings, which saved us the hassle of checking out and then back in again the next day. They also kindly offered us...
I actually came down with a fever during my stay at the hotel and had to borrow a thermometer from the front desk. The service was excellent, as expected from a long-standing five-star hotel. However, the facilities are quite outdated and don't really live up to current five-star standards. The restaurant was also incredibly crowded, making me feel like their May Day holiday preparations weren't quite...

I stayed for two nights and it was great. The hotel's breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it was a bit inconvenient not having an outlet by the bed.
The hotel room was absolutely fantastic, truly the best hotel experience of this trip! The location is superb, right across the street from a mall, with popular tea shops like Cha Yan Yue Se and local Wuhan milk tea spots nearby. About 400 meters away is Huiwei Black Duck Pot, and Wansongyuan Food Street is amazing for exploring. Even before we arrived, the hotel manager reserved a parking spot for...
I had a really unpleasant experience at this hotel, largely due to their faulty UnionPay system. On the first day of Chinese New Year, during check-in, I was incorrectly charged – something that has never happened in all my years of staying at hotels. It took two full days to resolve, and throughout the process, the staff repeatedly blamed UnionPay, denying any hotel responsibility. The compensation...
Our experience here is pretty good. Our room is clean and the beds are comfortable. The environment is quiet and nice. The location is very close to one of the most famous food streets in Wuhan called 万松园 and the food there is affordable and delicious. We used food delivery service and our food was sent up by a robot (which was quite lovely an experience for us). I would highly recommend this hotel

Extended my stay for another night. This is an older, established five-star hotel with an excellent location, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's very close to Bagong Mansion and Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, and just a 3-stop bus ride from the hotel entrance to Hankou Customs Ferry Terminal.
The hotel's location is excellent. It's right by the riverside park, and the view from the room is beautiful. The hygiene, environment, and service are all good. Although the facilities aren't the newest, they are practical, clean, and comfortable, making for a very convenient stay.
The hotel's location is excellent, right by Hankou Beach, offering superb views of both the river and the city. The revolving restaurant on the top floor has great views and is worth a visit. The service was warm and welcoming, and my child had a wonderful stay. We'd definitely book again if we get the chance.
Extremely satisfied! I mentioned my preferences at check-in, and the front desk upgraded me to a river-view room and allowed a late check-out, which was incredibly accommodating. The hotel facilities aren't brand new, but they are very clean and meticulously maintained. The location is perfect, with many attractions nearby, making it super convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. It really...
The room had a strong musty smell, the facilities were old, and the bathtub couldn't even be used for a bath. The staff at the entrance didn't offer to help with luggage, which was disappointing. The hotel is quite old and could really use a renovation and some improvements. The only redeeming quality was the view, which was indeed nice. Cancelling my three-day reservation was definitely the right...
I came with my mom and sister, and a twin room was just enough. There's also a swimming pool, which my sister and the others really enjoyed. The environment is good and the service is great. I'll definitely come back for the food and will choose this place again. However, I was surprised to find out that laundry service costs extra. I thought it would be free like at other hotels I've stayed at. 😂...

Nice central location, super close to Wuhan Metro and within walking distance of Chuhehanjie Shopping Street. We enjoyed being able to get to all of Wuhan’s best attractions within a few subway stops like East Lake and the Hubei Provincial Museum. Also, we like the breakfast, would recommend buying it for at least one day, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was more spacious than I expected, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The decor is simple yet elegant, and the cleanliness was impeccable, even in the corners. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep without any noise disturbance. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water came on quickly. The toiletries were comprehensive and of...
The location is fantastic, right on Chuhe Han Street. It's a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the older tourist spots, offering a quiet retreat, yet it's not far from attractions like Yellow Crane Tower and Liangdao Street – just a 10-15 minute taxi ride. The high-speed train station is about 20 minutes away.
The pool gets a six-star rating! 👍 The water temperature is perfect for kids, and...
I frequently stay at the Galaxy Hotel, and I can honestly say the service, ambiance, and cleanliness are consistently top-notch. They've even started offering hot green tea and hot bottled water in the lobby, which is a lovely touch. Even when the front desk is busy, they're always so welcoming and helpful to guests. It's truly exceptional! The rooms are also spotless and well-maintained.
The services at Grand Hyatt were absolutely top-notch! I left my scarf behind and they promptly called me and mailed it to me, which was fantastic. The room was also very clean and tidy. The staff (especially the young lady who helped me) were all excellent. Overall, it was a great stay, five stars!
The front desk staff were great, the environment was clean and tidy, and the room was very comfortable. The lobby was luxurious, and there was welcome tea. They even thoughtfully gave me welcome fruit in my room, and the room was cleaned very quickly. They are very considerate to every guest.

Overall, a great review! The hotel is really spacious with a huge, impressive garden, which makes it feel very grand. It's perfect for a vacation, and the room was so quiet that I slept until almost 10 AM. Coincidentally, I arrived on the very first day of their renewed dinner buffet, which featured mostly Sichuan cuisine. The variety of dishes was excellent, and the seafood quality was superb. I'm...

I have stayed in many parent-child hotels. It was very wise to choose Liantou Radisson this May Day. The price is not expensive and the cost performance is very high. The room is very clean and the attitude of the hotel service staff is also very good. There are many things for children to play. The hotel is next to Houguan Lake, the scenery is beautiful, and the outdoor swimming pool is very photogenic...
The hotel rooms are large, and most importantly, the parent-child facilities are very complete, so the children have a lot of fun. However, there were a lot of people checking in during the May Day holiday, so the front desk took a bit of time to check in, and the restaurant staff couldn't keep up. But there's nothing we can do about it. Overall, it's highly recommended for family trips.
I went to the Radisson Blu hotel in Wuhan for a family trip. We all really enjoyed playing outside and the room we stayed in was clean and spacious. My kids really like going to the pool at night. I would recommend going to this hotel to others.

Very nice hotel and facilities, great rooms, very friendly staff, great long bar in the lobby.
Chose this hotel for a weekend staycation. The decor is very upscale with rich Chu-culture elements. The breakfast selection was extensive, and Shirley Li at the front desk even helped upgrade our room type. Very satisfied!
Extended my stay for two more days. The hotel is adorned with many antique collectibles, giving it a unique character. The front desk bar and reception area are designed with excellent taste. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. This will be my top choice for my next trip to Wuhan! (Regretted not taking more photos, what a pity!)
We loved , once again , staying in a Hyatt regency. Like usual the hotel convinced with a nice room (& room upgrade for us), gym/pool/spa and a good choice of restaurants - the lunch buffet is fantastic. Last but not least we got a voucher for a free photoshooting with a photographer they work together. All in all a perfect weekend getaway.

The hotel provided excellent service during my stay. The room was very clean, and the room temperature was perfectly comfortable for the cold days in March.
I also felt very secure staying here. The staff even called my room to notify me when someone was looking for me in the lobby, which I really appreciated.
The location is very convenient, right next to the metro, making it easy to get around...
Huge thanks to Manager Jiang and Xiaoxiong for their attentive service and care even before I checked in. It's clear that Hongshan Hotel is exceptionally well-managed and maintained. It's like they say, 'A Ferrari is still a Ferrari, even when it's old.' The pool was also very well-maintained.
The room was spacious and very clean. Since it's the off-season, they even gave us a free room upgrade. The hotel is right by the subway, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend!
This is my third time booking the Hongshan Hotel. It's clean and hygienic, and the front desk handles check-in quickly. The location is super convenient, with Metro Lines 2 and 4 right at the entrance, so you don't need to transfer to get to the airport or high-speed train station – it's incredibly handy! Was very pleased with the room. We booked a business room type and was given an upgrade to a deluxe room which came with a bathtub. Great location and an impressive lobby, but that's where the positives end. The concierge only opened the car door and didn't help with luggage. The lobby was chaotic with frequent queue-cutting that the front desk completely ignored and did nothing to manage.
My stay was excellent! Kiera provided wonderful service, and the room was spotless with very comfortable bedding.
Great location with unbeatable views from the river-view rooms. The 5th-floor bar terrace offers a fantastic spot to watch the sunset over the Three Towns of Wuhan. Breakfast was just okay; aside from carbs, there weren't many options. Service was mediocre. During check-in, perks like the Didi gift package and cherry blossom special drink weren't proactively mentioned and only arranged after repeated...
The room facilities were outdated and basic. The bedding definitely didn't meet the standards or comfort level expected of a 5-star hotel. I requested rooms away from the elevator when booking, but 2 out of the 3 rooms were right by it. The breakfast selection was limited, and the service didn't feel proactive, enthusiastic, or friendly.
My stay this time was excellent. Cici, the front desk duty manager, was professional and courteous, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spotless and offered an unbeatable view of the river and Yellow Crane Tower – absolutely stunning, especially with the floor-to-ceiling windows. Great hotel with good breakfast. But we expected the room a bit bigger and more modern compared with the pictures.
I'm always touched by the genuine hospitality of this hotel. They gave me a lovely umbrella when it rained and a cute little fan in the summer. The hotel is very close to where I work, so it's really convenient for my business trips. It's right next to a subway station, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The noodles in the morning were quite tasty, and the hotel staff were very professional.
The hotel's customer service was good, but the room felt a bit old. The TV casting feature didn't work, and breakfast wasn't great. I gave it three stars because of the excellent service attitude from the customer service staff. I wouldn't recommend it for younger travelers.
The room was quite spacious, but you can tell the hotel is a bit older. The service was good, and it's pretty close to the subway station. For rooms with a bathtub, I'd suggest providing a disposable bath liner.

No other hotel in Wuhan can beat the view of the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge from here. When it first opened in the 1980s, it was called Qingchuan Hotel and was the tallest building in Wuhan at the time. Even now, this view is unparalleled and well worth the price.
Facilities: As a Holiday Inn under the InterContinental brand, it's already newer than many Holiday Inns in other cities. I heard some...

The soundproofing in the room is really bad; I could hear every word spoken by the guests next door last night. The bathroom facilities are outdated, and the showerhead is broken, spraying water everywhere.
The facilities are a bit dated. There's a street with many restaurants not too far away. My requests for the room, sent via Trip.com, were completely ignored. The service attitude and quality left much to be desired.
The room facilities are a bit dated, and I haven't seen a toilet without a soft-close lid in years. It's livable, but definitely not worth 700 yuan – poor value for money. As for the service, it was hard to describe. When the customer before me, who was a Black foreigner, checked in, the front desk attendant smiled and handed them the room card with both hands. But when it was my turn, there was no...
Chose an old-brand five-star hotel for New Year's Eve. The service was great, but food deliveries couldn't be brought directly to the room; I had to pick them up at the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable, and the New Year's Eve atmosphere was very strong. Overall, it was a good experience.
I've stayed here several times, and the facilities are a bit dated. The first room they gave me was at the end of the hall, so I asked to switch. The second room had a strange bathroom smell, so I had to buy an air freshener myself. The bedding was quite comfortable, though, and I slept well. I'd give it a 70 out of 100. They don't have 24-hour ice service, which is something they could improve on
Hotel location is very close to the east lake and also museum… the price is good to stay in this hotel

Marco Polo Wuhan: An Unexpectedly Great Stay at a Classic Five-Star Hotel
**Reason for Choosing:**
When booking a hotel, location was my top priority, and the Marco Polo certainly delivers. However, after browsing online reviews, which were a mixed bag of good and bad, I was a bit hesitant. Then I remembered the Hong Kong Marco Polo, a long-standing establishment I’ve always held in high regard. Trusting...
I've stayed at this hotel every time I've been to Wuhan, and I've never considered another, purely because of its excellent location. What I also liked was that the mini-bar in the rooms used to be complimentary, offering Perrier before and then San Pellegrino. Unfortunately, on this last visit, the mini-bar was no longer free.
Upon entering the hotel, there was no one to greet me, and the front desk...
Great location within walking distance to tourist attractions in Hankou though give yourself extra time if you are taking a car to go somewhere. Traffic very congested by the hotel. The view from hotel is very nice and Club Floor access is a treat for those who wish to splurge a little. Those who arrive at the Club at the start of afternoon snack time typically have good food choices. Staff generally...
Great location, very quiet, and only a 40-minute drive from the airport. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the service was pretty good. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.
The room was spacious and the price was fantastic, offering excellent value for money! The hotel is a bit old now, and the facilities are showing their age; even the linens are a bit worn. However, the hotel still has a full range of amenities, including a gym and a swimming pool. The service was also great. Although there was a minor unpleasantness during check-in, the duty manager promptly provided...
I've stayed here a few times now, and the environment is truly excellent. The price is also quite competitive compared to similar hotels. This time, I stayed in a city-view room, and it was stunning, especially the bathroom design which is really beautiful. The room itself is also very spacious. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is really convenient, very close to the subway station, and it even has a courtyard which makes parking super easy. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are very warm and helpful.
Great location , friendly staff , good food as well.
There are two highlights: first, the young lady at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, patient and meticulous, and takes her work very seriously. She seems to be a girl from Anyang, which deserves praise👍; second, it is the first time in a hotel that I experienced the benefits of a smart butler, turning on and off lights, Air conditioning, TV, playing music, just talk to Xiaodu Xiaodu. When I get...
The hotel is very nice and the breakfast is also very good!
The arrangement of meeting guests is also convenient, highly recommended!
The service is first-class and the service staff is very enthusiastic. I have stayed at this hotel many times and have a first-class experience. Recommend again! ! !
It is my first time to stay at Zhongnan Garden Hotel. The whole environment is clean and bright. The lobby is very elegant. The whole room is decorated in a Chinese style. It is clean and tidy. Because it is my first time to stay with children, they thoughtfully prepare toiletries for children, which is very heartwarming. The reception at the front desk is warm and polite. With a soft voice, I feel...
Miss Qi'an at the front desk was very enthusiastic and attentive. She asked carefully whether the room was suitable, whether the pillows were comfortable, and whether she wanted to adjust or change the room. She also helped coordinate a late check-out due to a meeting and a late check-out. I must give a thumbs up to the young lady!
The hotel is in a very good location, with convenient transportation...
