I loved the entertainment, the live music was amazing. The breakfast was very good too.

The environment is quiet, the room is clean and the whole park gives a relaxed feeling.

Room is a little dated. However the service makes up for everything else.

Overall a good hotel with views, but location is not very good if you want to explore the city. Beds could be more comfortable. Swimming Pool not very cosy and people from houses nearby can look directly into the pool area of the hotel.

Room was extremely clean, staff are friendly, will stay this hotel again if I ever visit Wuhan in the future.

It has the most amazing location; it is very close to the subway and a large mall for your needs. The service is great they were welcoming and nice and very helpful. Overall, the room were clean and neat, the surrounding is quiet for resting. Their breakfast was good, it has Wuhan traditional noodles.

This is a great hotel with a wonderful staff. The breakfast on the fourth floor is amazing. The lobby is absolutely beautiful. The location is close to a Subway and lots of malls to go shopping. The rooms were spacious and clean. The gym was a bit small but at least they had one. Great hotel!

Fantastic hotel with excellent service. My room had a great view of the "circle" of Optics Valley (where the various streets converge). It's currently under construction but I imagine it will be amazing once it's completed. It is however a bit noisy (even at night) even at 21 floors up due to the constant hooting of the cars below.

Room is clean and comfortable. Personal is nice and well prepared. There are four restaurants, good for long staying.

Fancy for a Ramada if you have only experienced them before in America. Despite being ornate and well decorated, the rooms are showing their age. Everything is in good condition and the service is good, but don't expect a modern feel from this hotel. If you are missing western food try the breakfast buffet featuring local delicacies and western staples like pastries, bacon, coffee, etc.

Great hotel location, front desk (Kynthia) extremely kind and tried her best to support. General manager Camille Liu also a good listener and try to resolve a minor concern in timely. 5th floor restaurant is beautiful and good tasting delicious. Will go back again.

Clean and large hotel room. The facility is a bit old and tired. Wine and cigar bar is closed (for two years) without replacement.

Room is spacious and clean. Mattress is a little soft but can request the harder with front desk.

An average business hotel. The staff did provide the necessary services but are very impersonal. Room is big and tidy though.

Stayed 8 nights , good breakfasts and lounge room dinners , lady Maple gave us excellent services, helped us to find many good locations to enjoy the trip; Executive Chef Du made delicious foods for the morning buffet and club lounge , both restaurants provided us great services.

Staff are accommodating, our suite was clean and comfortable, the gym and pool are well serviced. Food could have a bit more a diverse selection but overall was great.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was super comfortable, and the amenities (especially the pool) was top-notch. The attention to detail made it feel like a true luxury experience. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful.Highly recommend!

Great location. The facilities are a bit old and sound isolation is really bad. I could hear the street from 14th floor and also my neighbor.

The location is very good, overlooking the Yangtze River, and the night view is especially beautiful! The breakfast is rich in style and can satisfy the entire human stomach. Super recommended! ! !

Stayed 14 days in 2005. Still remember good service, breakfast and comfort. Good looking place to Yangtze river, old cruiser, old bridge (built by Soviet Union) and Yellow crane tower.

The hotel lobby is on the 7th floor, which was off-putting when I arrived, but was fine. The staff spoke limited English, but were helpful. The room was excellent ... 3 places to sit and read, including a desk, and two reading lights. The breakfast was good, with quite a lot of options, but the coffee was poor. I would certainly stay there again.

This is the first time to visit after Ibis renew entire hotel, it is surprise to now Ibis has so high quality service and elegant room. 47 inch TV, super fast hot water doesn’t even need to wait, they prepare earplug for guest since road construction is never ended in wuhan. Just stay one night but feel very comfortable.The massage chair is marvelous, also the electric toilet seat. All the staff are kindly and friendly. The location is opposite of Han Street, with lots of stores and restaurants.

The family room is quite big, with two single beds and a bunk bed. The bathroom is well designed, with two sinks, and the shower and toilet are separate. There is a laundry room and a small gym. We enjoyed our stay. It was a great experience. Ms.Chen Shuang （陈爽） helped us out with all the necessities while we were there. I particularly liked the interior design and atmosphere of this hotel. The hotel is good but the lighting environment was too dark.

Location is very good only a few steps from the metro station. Breakfast is full of choices. Only negative point is too low bed.
