I chose to stay at the Wanda Reign Wuhan during my visit to Wuhan. The hotel is located in the core business district of Wuchang and offers a unique butler service. My butler, Jessica, called me a day in advance to arrange a room on a higher floor. The bedding was soft and comfortable. It's also within walking distance to SKP. The hotel's facilities are excellent. Definitely a recommended hotel.

Our experience here is pretty good. Our room is clean and the beds are comfortable. The environment is quiet and nice. The location is very close to one of the most famous food streets in Wuhan called 万松园 and the food there is affordable and delicious. We used food delivery service and our food was sent up by a robot (which was quite lovely an experience for us). I would highly recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel and facilities, great rooms, very friendly staff, great long bar in the lobby.

Chose this hotel for a weekend staycation. The decor is very upscale with rich Chu-culture elements. The breakfast selection was extensive, and Shirley Li at the front desk even helped upgrade our room type. Very satisfied!

Extended my stay for two more days. The hotel is adorned with many antique collectibles, giving it a unique character. The front desk bar and reception area are designed with excellent taste. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. This will be my top choice for my next trip to Wuhan! (Regretted not taking more photos, what a pity!)

We loved , once again , staying in a Hyatt regency. Like usual the hotel convinced with a nice room (& room upgrade for us), gym/pool/spa and a good choice of restaurants - the lunch buffet is fantastic. Last but not least we got a voucher for a free photoshooting with a photographer they work together. All in all a perfect weekend getaway.

Very near Hongshan station, but exit D has no escalator; use exit E across the road. Room was of good size and clean. But our room was on a low level, with no view and facing the tennis court. Cars like to honk there, people noise and honking all day until about 10pm. The hotel provided excellent service during my stay. The room was very clean, and the room temperature was perfectly comfortable for the cold days in March. I also felt very secure staying here. The staff even called my room to notify me when someone was looking for me in the lobby, which I really appreciated. Was very pleased with the room. We booked a business room type and was given an upgrade to a deluxe room which came with a bathtub. The hotel is a historic building which added to the charm of the property. Great location and an impressive lobby, but that's where the positives end. The concierge only opened the car door and didn't help with luggage. The lobby was chaotic with frequent queue-cutting that the front desk completely ignored and did nothing to manage.

My stay was excellent! Kiera provided wonderful service, and the room was spotless with very comfortable bedding.

I'm always touched by the genuine hospitality of this hotel. They gave me a lovely umbrella when it rained and a cute little fan in the summer. When I bring my boyfriend, they even give us a bottle of wine. It's truly so warm and touching! I've stayed here from Club level to Gold card and will definitely keep coming back until I reach Diamond!

The hotel is very close to where I work, so it's really convenient for my business trips. It's right next to a subway station, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The noodles in the morning were quite tasty, and the hotel staff were very professional.

The hotel's customer service was good, but the room felt a bit old. The TV casting feature didn't work, and breakfast wasn't great. I gave it three stars because of the excellent service attitude from the customer service staff. I wouldn't recommend it for younger travelers.

It is a decent stay for the price but it’s quite an old hotel, we experienced fluctuating temperatures every time we shower, and the wifi is unstable.
