The environment is quiet, the room is clean and the whole park gives a relaxed feeling.

I loved the entertainment, the live music was amazing. The breakfast was very good too.

Very good upscale hotel, there is a high end mall about 200 metre away with a lot of good restaurants and shops and all the staff was friendly and courteous 👍

Room is a little dated. However the service makes up for everything else.

Swimming Pool not very cosy and people from houses nearby can look directly into the pool area of the hotel

The hotel staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. From the greeters and concierge to the front desk personnel, everyone showed a very positive and warm attitude. My check-in and stay experience were excellent

Great hotel with close proximity to metro station and a huge shopping mall.  Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially staff in Horizon Club.  We throughly enjoyed our stay there.

It has the most amazing location; it is very close to the subway and a large mall for your needs. The service is great they were welcoming and nice and very helpful

It's currently under construction but I imagine it will be amazing once it's completed. It is however a bit noisy (even at night) even at 21 floors up due to the constant hooting of the cars below

This is a great hotel with a wonderful staff. The breakfast on the fourth floor is amazing. The lobby is absolutely beautiful. The location is close to a Subway and lots of malls to go shopping

Fantastic hotel with excellent service. My room had a great view of the "circle" of Optics Valley (where the various streets converge)

Room is clean and comfortable. Personal is nice and well prepared. There are four restaurants, good for long staying.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The gym was a bit small but at least they had one

Stayed 8 nights , good breakfasts and lounge room dinners , lady Maple gave us excellent services, helped us to find many good locations to enjoy the trip; Executive Chef Du made delicious foods for the morning buffet and club lounge , both restaurants provided us great services

The Hotel is a bit old but very well maintained. Location is excellent with a great view across Yangtze river. I make my morning walk and buy some breakfast. The service is excellent with very quick check in and out

Nice hotel of course for the price high scale. Friendly staff but need to understand a joke at the front desk. good breakfast but limited basic or standard restaurants for evening meals

Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was super comfortable, and the amenities (especially the pool) was top-notch. The attention to detail made it feel like a true luxury experience

Staff are accommodating, our suite was clean and comfortable, the gym and pool are well serviced. Food could have a bit more a diverse selection but overall was great.

the hotel is very convenient, near to metro station, just within 5 mins. also close to a many popular restaurants serving local famous dishes. highly recommended for tourists from outside the city.

I would suggest to go outside. Is not much around but within 5 minutes you are the East lake. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful

The location is very good, overlooking the Yangtze River, and the night view is especially beautiful! The breakfast is rich in style and can satisfy the entire human stomach. Super recommended! ! !

Stayed 14 days in 2005. Still remember good service, breakfast and comfort. Good looking place to Yangtze river, old cruiser, old bridge (built by Soviet Union) and Yellow crane tower.

Good location. The lobby is very beautiful with the art on the wall. The staff here is very friendly and always there to help. Room is clean and it’s spacious room.

Just stay one night but feel very comfortable. The massage chair is marvelous, also the electric toilet seat. All the staff are kindly and friendly

The location is opposite of Han Street, with lots of stores and restaurants

Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor

Location is very good only a few steps from the metro station. Breakfast is full of choices. Only negative point is too low bed.

Great hotel. Very good service.The room was very clean and well maintained. The restaurant has good food and the staff was very welcoming. The swimming pool and spa staff were very kind help.

I did think it was odd that you need a room key to use the lobby bathroom, which was actually an issue when I met my friend for tea and he needed to use it, and then again, after I checked out, before I made the long journey to the airport

It was quite luxury and big room. Also staff of front desk was really nice and kind. If I come near here, I wil definatelyl stay again.
