Shanshui S Hotel in Wuhan

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.. I have never stayed in a hotel where the aircon is non existent and couldn’t even keep me cool enough to sleep. I would avoid this hotel at any costs.

Very rubbish shabby hotel, not worth it at all

Stayed for two days in total. This is my first time staying at this hotel and also my last time. This is also the first time I have stayed in a hotel and written a negative review.

1. First of all, the room design is very unreasonable. The room is very dark at night and there is no main light. Even if the so-called "guest mode", which is the brightest in the room, is turned on, it is still very dark. If you want to sit and work or have something to eat, you must turn on a desk lamp. Who knows what it feels like in the dark, it is very depressing.

2. Secondly, the summer benefits and welcome fruits were specifically marked in the order, but these rights were not given to me. After I called the front desk and asked, I was told that the summer gift was the fruit in the lobby basket, which I could pick up myself. The welcome fruit said that it would be replenished the next day, but if the co-owner didn’t take the initiative to ask, all these rights would be ignored. And there was no refill the next day!

3. If the light in the make-up mirror in the room does not light up, it means it is broken. I have a need to put on make-up. I booked this room after seeing this in the room introduction. After asking the front desk, the answer was natural. The lights in some rooms are originally broken. Well, feeling bad seems like a legitimate thing to do. (I was later moved to another room, but without the makeup mirror...)

4. The wifi in the room is very poor! It's basically the same as nothing, it keeps getting disconnected, and you can only use data traffic. (After changing to another room, it is still very poor. I can only say that the hardware facilities are really not good. In addition, during the process, I lost a bottle of makeup remover in the original room. I couldn’t find it when I went there. I asked the guest room and they said it was not there. Seeing this made me buy makeup remover in the middle of the night...)

Summary: As someone who has stayed in many hotels ranging from fast hotels to five-star hotels, this hotel is really not as good as some fast hotels. The price of three to four hundred is not worth it. (My room has the right to upgrade from a business king room to a zero-pressure king room. The zero-pressure price is more than 400. Whoever spends this money to stay in this room is a pure and innocent *****). The overall value is only two yuan. About a hundred levels. It's really not as good as some big-name chain express hotels.
It is estimated that most of the good reviews are fake reviews, and the bad reviews are from real guests. It’s my fault that I didn’t read the reviews before booking. It was very uncomfortable for me to stay for two days... Also, don't believe the pictures of hotel rooms, they are completely different from the actual rooms.
If it weren't for the fact that I couldn't withdraw, I would have wanted to leave on the same day. It is really a very low cost-effective hotel.
