Facilities: I personally feel that the facilities here are more aging, the room smoke smell is heavier, I was going to turn on the exhaust fan, but the exhaust fan is still a bad one.
Service: In the morning, personally went to the front desk and told me to get a small sample of washing powder, help me deliver it to the room, the front desk said it had been recorded and waited later for the cleaning and hygiene aunt to deliver, but the result was not given to me until the afternoon.

The first room I was assigned smelled strongly of urine. I tried to call the front desk for my room card, but the phone was old and wouldn't work, so I had to go downstairs.
The breakfast was terrible. I went to eat at 7 or 8 a.m., and no one had cleared the table after someone else had used it. This happened two days in a row. This was my first experience staying at a City Inn, and I'll definitely avoid City Inns in the future.
