Xiao Zhang and Xiao Shen at the front desk were very helpful. They helped us upgrade the room type for free when we checked in. We contacted them in advance and helped arrange two rooms together. The room facilities and equipment are complete and the environment is good.

Location is very convenient, a short walk from the subway station and right across from a large high-end shopping mall IFS. There was a little confusion in the beginning because the building has a different hotel name on it as well, but the reception area is separate I think. The area is also very busy with shops and many restaurants options and it remains very busy into the night. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room is as expected as from the photos. The room is clean, fairly spacious and well equipped. There is also quite a lot of technology like the automatic blinds, heated toilet seat and projector. The aircon is very strong into the night (quite cold). In the night there is a bit of noise because the street in front is very busy but not too bothersome. Overall a pretty good stay for my short trip to Changsha.

The hotel is next to Huangxing Pedestrian Street. I stayed here once when I came to Changsha last year. This time I had to renew my room due to time constraints. Xiao Zhang at the front desk handled the problem promptly and helped me renew my room. I was very happy! Ifs is opposite the hotel, but it is not noisy at all after closing the windows at night. The facilities in the room look very new, and the projection screen is very large. I like lying on the bed and watching movies.

The lady's service attitude is very good, she is also beautiful, the hotel facilities are also very smart, the hotel location is excellent, Huangxing Square is just outside, Wuyi Square subway station is 200 meters away, Taiping Street is 600-700 meters away, there are many restaurants nearby, although it is close to the road, it is very quiet. I strongly recommend friends who come to Changsha to stay in this hotel.
