Facilities: The room was very spacious and roomy. The only downside was that the air conditioning was slow to heat up, which was noticeable as the temperatures dropped over the past few days. It took a while for the indoor temperature to rise.
Cleanliness: Overall, it was good.
Service: The staff were very kind and provided excellent service.
Environment: The location is great, making it very convenient to get around.

When I checked in during the Spring Festival, there were some communication issues with the front desk, but the manager came and resolved everything perfectly. Overall, it was a great stay. The hotel is close to all the must-visit spots in Changzhou and very near the subway station. The breakfast wasn't extensive but it was delicious and comforting, especially the freshly made wontons and silver thread noodles – they were excellent!

Clean but a bit old and AC is difficult to use. The worst is the sound from outside can access room easily. I was waken up by the very lound noise from group of people at 6am.

Very good experience here. The family room was very spacious, clean and with all needed facilities. They also have breakfast with lots of food choice. Very nice location as well.

A pretty average hotel. The location is good, but the decor is extremely dated and poorly designed, and it wasn't particularly clean. Around midnight, the TV inexplicably turned itself on, waking everyone up. Soundproofing is also quite poor, as the room next door was very noisy. Breakfast was decent, though, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This isn't my first stay here, and for good reason! The location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The rooms are always spotlessly clean. They were also very thoughtful, providing a welcome gift upon arrival, and the little card was a really nice touch.

The hotel is centrally located in Clock Tower Square, offering super convenient transportation. The subway entrance is just a few steps away downstairs. Taxis are also readily available; you can hop in one right at the hotel's doorstep. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and warm, and they even gave us a free upgrade to a family room. The hotel breakfast was superb, mostly consisting of my favorite dishes. Nearby attractions like Qingguo Lane are very close, making shopping and dining incredibly easy. I'll definitely stay here again next time; it was a fantastic experience! 👍

We arrived quite late in the evening and just made do for the night. This is arguably one of the worst Holiday Inn Express hotels I've stayed at within the IHG group. The walls were covered in messy, poorly patched-up paintwork. Even with the window open, the room had poor ventilation and stale air, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast also fell short of the usual Holiday Inn Express standard. The only redeeming quality was the front desk staff.

There were bugs on the pillow. The air conditioning was incredibly loud, sounding like a tractor. Finding our room was an absolute nightmare, like navigating a maze. It was extremely frustrating, and I definitely won't be staying here again.

I remembered staying at this hotel many years ago for a business trip and had a great impression. This time, I was in town for a concert. The day before my arrival, a staff member proactively contacted me to confirm my check-in time and even provided detailed instructions for parking and navigation – truly exceptional attention to detail!

Upon arrival, check-in was seamless. The room was spotless, making for an excellent stay!

The hotel's location is fantastic; it's very close to the subway station, making transportation a breeze. Plus, the nearby shopping malls and amenities are super convenient. It's an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers.
