Had a great stay here. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and kept to a very high standard. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent — lots of variety and fresh options.

What really stood out was the service: staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The manager, Rong, went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly and even arranged a late checkout for us without any hassle. Would definitely come back.

Absolute pleasure staying at Nanjing Voco Oriental Hotel, the service was great. In particular, Raymond who attended to us, was incredibly nice and helpful, making us feel instantly welcome. To top it off, we we delighted to receive a free upgrade of our room. The hotel location is pretty ideal and near to landmark and attraction within Nanjing City and also next to the entrance of the metro station. The overall ambiance of the hotel was friendly and welcoming, I would definitely recommend Voco Hotel and especially thanks to the wonderful service from Raymond and the lovely room upgrade, and would certainly choose to stay here again on any future visits.

Favorite hotel when we go to Nanjing. Downtown convenient location just outside subway station going directly to Nanjing two train stations. Very friendly staff, big and bright bedroom, clean, nice modern design. Will definitely stay there again !

Clean. Checked in late that night. And Wanted to check out late to see if it is possible but the latest check out time was 2pm. As compare to places like atour was able to extend my timing to 6pm. Overall clean and easy to get around as it’s right beside the train station.

I chose this hotel for the excellent location, close to the metro station of Fuqiao, and for its great look.
I had a very comfortable stay (4 nights) and enjoyed immensely both breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant area, complete with terrace. The room was a good size and had all I needed. Reception was extremely helpful, Vic in particular. I will definitely stay there again if I return to Nanjing, a city rich with history (capital of many Dinasties and during Republican times) well worth visiting. Don't miss out!

Very conveniently located for direct access to metro, also local bars/restaurants including 1912 Pub Street.
Room was nicely decorated and comfortable, well air conditioned.
Excellent breakfast.
Checkin, however, was very slow indeed - even compared with other CN hotels that need to carefully process foreigners' details.

Highly recommend!!! It is one of the few hotels that before you leave you just want to come again already. All the previous positive reviews are true and even better when you are there in person.
