The hotel generally felt good. It's divided into high-rise and low-rise sections, with separate elevators for each. The high-rise offers great views, with the Zifeng Tower right outside the window. The room was also quiet. I'd definitely come back again.

Facilities: Very comprehensive, with a fridge, bathtub, projector, and even an electronic scale. Hygiene: Clean, remote controls and bathrobes were all disinfected and placed in bags. Environment: The location is excellent, very close to the subway station. It's convenient for dining out, visiting Hongshan Forest Zoo, Nanjing Railway Station, and Fuzimiao (Confucian Temple). Service: The front desk...

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, greeting us with smiles from three meters away. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they proactively showed care for our child by offering toiletries and upgrading our room. The room facilities were good, and the housekeeping staff were enthusiastic and patient, maintaining excellent hygiene.

Great location, clean rooms, and a lovely environment. The front desk staff and overall service were excellent. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the duck blood vermicelli soup was absolutely authentic. The facilities are comprehensive and high-end. There are also many great restaurants nearby. They even upgraded my room! This hotel is definitely worth recommending and saving for future stays...

The front desk upgraded my room, which had a great layout. The service was excellent, and they even gave me some travel recommendations. The hotel's location is perfect, close to Xuanwumen subway station. The staff's service attitude was superb. Definitely worth choosing this hotel again.

This is a well-established hotel. The hygiene is excellent, and the heating works very well. The hotel staff provides great service and are very polite. The location is also fantastic, right near Xinjiekou, and it's not a long walk to the Presidential Palace.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time, especially the smart features which were excellent. The service was warm, thoughtful, and patient. Check-in was efficient and quick, and any issues were promptly resolved with a wonderful attitude that made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This hotel was great overall! We were traveling with a child, and the front desk staff even gave us a special kids' toiletries set and slippers. The room was very clean and had no strange odors. The breakfast selection was also very rich, and the duck blood vermicelli soup was delicious! We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Nanjing!

First, the location: I came for tourism, but from here you need a taxi to get anywhere. If you want convenience, it's easier to stay closer to the attractions. The location is fantastic and super convenient. Parking was easy for our self-driving trip. The room was very quiet, and the kids absolutely loved it, making it perfect for a family vacation. The service was very thoughtful, and they even delivered takeout right to our room.

The hotel service was excellent, and the room even had a massage chair for free use. The hotel is conveniently located near Xianmen Station on Line 2, making it easy to get to all the attractions. Finally, I have to give a huge shout-out to the front desk staff – they were incredibly patient, thorough, and super friendly and polite. Nanjing people are so warm and welcoming!
