The hotel generally felt good. It's divided into high-rise and low-rise sections, with separate elevators for each. The high-rise offers great views, with the Zifeng Tower right outside the window. The room was also quiet. I'd definitely come back again.

Facilities: Very comprehensive, with a fridge, bathtub, projector, and even an electronic scale.
Hygiene: Clean, remote controls and bathrobes were all disinfected and placed in bags.
Environment: The location is excellent, very close to the subway station. It's convenient for dining out, visiting Hongshan Forest Zoo, Nanjing Railway Station, and Fuzimiao (Confucian Temple).
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly. Because of renovations nearby, they upgraded our room and assigned us a quieter one. Luggage storage is secure with numbered tags, so there's no fear of confusion.

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, greeting us with smiles from three meters away. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they proactively showed care for our child by offering toiletries and upgrading our room. The room facilities were good, and the housekeeping staff were enthusiastic and patient, maintaining excellent hygiene.

Great location, clean rooms, and a lovely environment. The front desk staff and overall service were excellent. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the duck blood vermicelli soup was absolutely authentic. The facilities are comprehensive and high-end. There are also many great restaurants nearby. They even upgraded my room! This hotel is definitely worth recommending and saving for future stays. I'll be back here next time!

Satisfied 👍, nice room experience with free parking. It's close to Xuanwu Lake, so you can go for a walk in Xuanwu Lake Park. The room is comfortable and tidy. Highly recommend 😁

The front desk upgraded my room, which had a great layout. The service was excellent, and they even gave me some travel recommendations. The hotel's location is perfect, close to Xuanwumen subway station. The staff's service attitude was superb. Definitely worth choosing this hotel again.

Traveling with my child, we came straight from Xuanwu Lake to the Fenghuangtai Hotel. The location is super convenient, just a ten-minute walk to Xuanwu Gate. The staff kindly upgraded our room for free, and the housekeeping staff were very enthusiastic about making up the beds.

The hotel has a rich history, and it's clear the old establishment has been nicely renovated, creating a lovely atmosphere. It was incredibly quiet, and I slept like a baby, having a dreamless night. In the morning, I opened the curtains to bright sunshine and a beautiful view overlooking Nanjing city.

The room was very clean and new, and the hygiene was excellent. The front desk lady was super friendly and provided great service. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to Xuanwu Lake and the subway station. It even snowed that day, which made my child so happy. I'm planning to stay here again in the spring.
