The HEYAN Hotel boasts an excellent location, with vibrant street life just downstairs and all the major attractions within easy reach. Its spot is a 'lazy traveler's dream': turn right out the door and you're on a bustling food street filled with delicious aromas, turn left and you're connected to a large shopping mall, offering everything from local old-brand snacks to trendy网红 restaurants. Even more surprising is the convenient transportation – most popular attractions are within 5 km, just a short taxi ride or a 10-minute bike share trip away, which is incredibly friendly for tourists looking to maximize their sightseeing.

The front desk acts like a 'super helper,' always responsive and incredibly warm. I have to give a shout-out to the front desk team! The staff always greeted me with a smile and spoke with such warmth, like reliable older siblings from next door. This kind of 'anticipating guest needs' service mentality is much more impactful than standard procedures. The hotel facilities are practical rather than flashy, comfortably meeting basic needs.

Regarding facilities, it's a case of 'just enough, with standout features': the restaurant isn't large (you might need to share a table during peak breakfast hours), but it excels in its diverse selection. The laundry room is definitely a lifesaver for 'family trips/long-stay guests' – washing machines, dryers, and irons are all available, and they even provide free fabric softener! You can wash your clothes and dry them immediately, then pack them straight into your suitcase – they truly understand travelers' pain points! Although the gym is mini (only one treadmill and one stationary bike), it's perfectly adequate for those who occasionally want to get some exercise. One small heads-up: the hotel has 5 floors, but the corridors are quite long, so if you book a corner room, it might take a good two minutes to walk from the elevator to your room. I'd recommend requesting a 'room near the elevator' when booking to save some walking!

There's a footrest sofa at the end of the bed which was pretty convenient to unpack handcarry luggage. Room is adequately lighted and pretty spacious..overall had a great experience.

There's also a laundry self service upstairs I'd say it's pretty convenient.

Location is so-so, the famous walking street seems to have lost its fame in time coz there ain't much stalls there to eat or try. Maybe explains why roomrate quite cheap too.

The room layout was great, the service was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved the wontons!

The ladies at the front desk provided very good service. They were smiling from the moment they checked in. The lobby also smelled good. Check-in was very fast. The aunties who cleaned the room were also very polite. The bedding was very comfortable, and the pillows were also very comfortable. After a tiring day, I felt sleepy instantly when I lay on the pillow. The shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom were very fragrant, which was the smell I liked. The shower head discharged water very quickly. The decoration of the room was also very good. There was a large mirror in front of the washstand, which was very clear. There was also a laundry room, which was very good. The floor of the room was also good. Although it faced the Lion Bridge Pedestrian Street, it was very quiet at night. The air conditioning blew out the air very quickly, and the TV was also very clear. The service of the lady at the front desk was very good. If there was a problem, it would be solved as soon as possible. She also took the initiative to help me pack my luggage and take it to the front desk. The location of the hotel was also relatively easy to find. There were a lot of food around, so I didn't worry about not being able to find food when I was hungry. Hahaha, by the way, there was also a folk pub in a road next to it, and the craft beer was also delicious. In short, it was 200% recommended. Nanjing was very good, and I would come again next time

A standard hotel in Nanjing. Located on a pedestrian street that now seems almost deserted, there is a mall nearby as well as some small food stalls. Rooms were spacious, staff very friendly.

Very good Hotel for that kind of money and close to public transportation and food options. Staff was a little overwhelmed with foreigners, but very nice and helpful.
