Burlington Hotel in Hong Kong

I had a great stay at the Burlington Hotel Hong Kong from July 8th to July 11th. I especially want to thank the lovely lady who cleaned my room on the 25th floor. She was incredibly sweet, polite, and did an amazing job. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!"

This hotel is smack in the middle of EVERYTHING. The bus stop is only a few meters away from the hotel and very convenient. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff are nice as well. Will definitely be staying here again when I come back in the near future.

Small rooms but clean. The service was attentive and courteous. Folks at the front desk really know their jobs. Speak English well and try their best to help. I felt like they added a star to this four star hotel experience. Blinders in the room are nice, serve as black out curtains. The gym space needs an upgrade, there are only few things and they are not maintained well. Oh well.. The reason for picking this hotel was price, cleanliness, location and we were happy with all of those. Great central location. Walking distance to Wan Chai station and Central Station.

I stayed at this hotel from 9th–13th February and had a great experience. The staff were amazing — Daniel Wong and his colleagues were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the best parts is the convenience: the A11 bus from the airport stops just a few steps from the hotel. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are clean and washroom is also clean and well maintained but they are small, some times you struggle to find the space to keep your luggage. Staffs are very helpful and always available, they are good in behaviour and well mannered.
You have access to coffee and tea area and drinking water all the time

Great place to stay, nice location. The room is a little bit small, but this is understandable on a Hong Kong island.

Great location, Wan Chai station entrance is just a short walk across the street and there’s bus stop in front of hotel. To go to airport, you need to go to another bus stop which is also a short walk from the hotel and most importantly, mostly flat so no worries about walking with your large luggage on slope.

Even though my room was located on low floor and right in front of the lift, it’s not noisy. Bed are comfortable but pillows are too flat/low, needed 2 pillows. Toiletries was not provided due to HK government policy to reduce carbon footprint and the staff does inform during the check in process so make sure to bring your own toothbrush toothpaste vanity kit shavers and shower cap. No bottle water provided but there are water dispenser on 19th floor for guests to fill your own water bottle. Mini fridge and kettle are provided.

Generally pleasant stay with lots of good food nearby.

Locationwise, its in the middle of the city. Very accesble to subways and buses. Has nearby convinient store also.
Overall not bad.
