The location is convenient, and the cleanliness is acceptable. I was assigned a room on the second floor, which was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the road and train tracks. It might not be suitable for those who prefer quiet. Overall, it's okay, and free parking is a big plus!

Overall, it was great! Much better than other hotels in Hong Kong. It would have been even better with breakfast included!

Close to the MTR and easy to find. For this price in Hong Kong, the room is probably the biggest I've seen. I looked at so many other hotels, and their rooms were all tiny, tiny, tiny. This hotel's room size is definitely worth it!

It's quite rare to find such a large room in Hong Kong. This building isn't located in a densely populated area of ​​the city center, so the space is quite spacious; it consists of two separate two-story buildings. There aren't many people around, but it's very close to the subway—just turn right after exiting the building. It's a budget-friendly option for travelers who don't want to stay in guesthouses but can't afford a large hotel.

The hotel is quite well-equipped; slippers, water cups, a kettle, and everything else are provided. It's quite nice.

The room was spotless, and the housekeeping service was incredibly attentive. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong. For anyone visiting Kowloon City District, coming to City University of Hong Kong, or dropping off their children at Hong Kong Baptist University, this place comes highly recommended. Give it a try!
