Its a huge Hotel 800 rooms plus so have Patience with the staff. Rooms are quite big compared to HK hotels. The room keeping IS quick. Needed an Iron and a Universal charger om separate occassions arrived under 3 minutes. The Hotel has a lift Till the 20th Floor and one which goes to 21- to plus 30 in different Location. The hotel is about a 35 minute drive from the airport, but traffic was light on the day that that drive was made. Though we only stayed one night in Hong Kong Langham Hotel we felt that it's very difficult and rare to find such quality service hotel these days in Hong Kong. Breakfast is excellent. We have stayed here a couple of times now and we chose BP mainly for the location. It is located near all amenities but also conveniently tucked away ever so slightly to avoid the hustle and bustle of Nathan road. There is a Cafe de coral right infront of the hotel (for breakfast) and a dedicated taxi rank Infront of the main doors. The rooms are decent size and comfortable. They are cleaned daily...

We had our early arrival in hongkong and expecting to be checked if ever early, but it's okay since the checked in time is 3pm. The promised they made to us is as early as 2:15pm. Then we went out for a lunch at nearest mcdonalds and decided to go back 2:30pm to give them more time for the room to be available. Then when we went back, unfortunately, the room was not available and given us a complimentary...

The location is good, less than 1km from multiple different transportation hubs, and the large streets are few hundred meters away. I always had nice service and there seems to always be a lot of staff available, so check-in was very effective, but I just can't see this as a 4* hotel, more like 2-3* by European standards. The room was fine if barebones, the bathroom and shower worked without issues...

I regretted not booking my entire stay in Hong Kong at this hotel, we absolutely loved and enjoyed the one night we were able to stay. The location is great, the rooms are beautiful, and we really appreciated being able to leave our luggage for the whole day since we arrived early. We’ll definitely come back!

Overall, the hotel has great location with easy access to food and shopping.

We chose this hotel because it offers a Halal breakfast, but it was nothing tasty, just a heated breakfast of frozen food often found in supermarkets. I was disappointed by the quality and could not eat it.

The hotel is in the center of kaoloon. It was my mom’s birthday trip and they prepared a nice cake with a message card. It was very lovely. I definitely recommend this hotel.

It is the best hotel The pool is dazzling The sauna, steam room and spa rejuvenate fatigue travellers. The hotel has many lifts work simultaneously because there are so many Chinese tourists. I recommend the hotel to those wanting to try something unique and challenging to stay there.

Even though we checked in late, the staff at the front desk were super friendly and even gave us a room upgrade! Everyone in the lobby was really helpful, and we felt totally comfortable asking questions. We’ll definitely be back, the service was great, the location is close to the station, and there are tons of restaurants and bars nearby!

Conveniently located at TST east, surrounded with plenty of restaurants around the corner. Hotel is clean, upgraded to a sea view room which is truly beautiful, concierge staffs are super friendly and helpful, only thing is it cost an additional HKD5 if you need a razor, just fyi.

The room and view exceeded our expectations and they were nice enough to let us check out late. Also provides a glass bottled water that can be refilled in the hallways.

The hotel is very convenient to travel around particularly for eating and shopping. The services are generally very good. I enjoyed staying in the hotel.
