We enjoyed our stay at the Kerry hotel. It was clean, had amazing finishes, had a shuttle that offered rides to many parts of town. It was tucked away in a quieter area, but still had a stellar view. Came back to stay at Kimberly hotel after a few years when i heard they renovated. They given us an old room. The ceiling look mouldy. We chose this hotel because it offers a Halal breakfast, but it was nothing tasty, just a heated breakfast of frozen food often found in supermarkets. I was disappointed by the quality and could not eat it.

Even though we checked in late, the staff at the front desk were super friendly and even gave us a room upgrade! Staff service is excellent and the room size considered big in Hong Kong. Location is good, many eatery nearby and 24hrs MacDonald just opposite the hotel. This was a great find in central Hong Kong. It’s a smart hotel very close to Tsim Sha Tsui metro station. Hong Kong is so vibrant and this hotel fitted in well. The room itself was lovely and the little garden was so nice to sit in. I’d recommend this as a great find in a very central location!

Surprisingly good hotel though it was only 3-stars. It was conveniently located at the heart of Mongkok, though it’s still a short distance away from the MTR stations and bus stops. Travellers with bigger luggages may have to endure and weaver through the crowd to get to the hotel. Nonetheless, it’s still not bad in terms of the value for money, location and cleanliness.

Location is good for shopping and food. Airport bus to airport is close by. The conditions of the room, especially the bath room are old. The sound/noise protection from neighbor rooms is very bad. You can hear people talking from the other rooms - not good when you try to sleep.

Hotel room was okay old but clean. Room needs to have its lights changed very dim. Walls are paper thin. When someone closes the door it's like hearing your door close. Location is really good between two stations about 5mins walk to each station. Service was good everyone was friendly they all spoke pretty decent english.

We stayed at Best Western Plus Tsim Sha Tsui and loved the central location — it’s right in the heart of the city with easy access to great restaurants, shopping malls, luxury stores, and public transport. At first, we were given a room on the 8th floor, which was quite old, dark, with a bathtub, carpet floor, and not very clean. Luckily, the receptionist was very friendly and moved us to a newly renovated room on the 5th floor — much better, clean, and with a shower. The location is great, not too far from the harbour.
