This is an average place for Hong Kong. Aircon doesn’t work properly and room was very cold throughout my stay. However, location was great as it provides easy to access to public transport. Customer service was good as well as they can cater to those that speak English.

I don't recommend staying here if its for more than a few days, or if you don't like sharing a bed for it is small, it feels like it was designed for "lovers" or solo travellers. Occasionally they do forget to provide some things (towels, water heaters, charging ports) but you can ask for them. Note: bring a charger head fhat works for 3 thingies, not the usual double metal prongs
