Our 18 month old son was injured shortly after our arrival. Linus (I apologize if I have misspelled his name) was at the front desk and offered all the assistance we could ever expect. He helped offer to hail a cab, and then also helped correct a misunderstanding about the Children's hospital and provide information about the nearest ER. He was very engaged in making sure we had what we needed.
We continued to love our stay at the Pottinger. It was in an excellent location with easy walking distance to many of the sights we wanted to see and access to public or private transit to those in further areas. The other staff was equally amazing and kind. Guinevere and Linus were frequently there and always offered a warm greeting when we arrived or were leaving. The cleaning staff was also very kind.
We would absolutely recommend this hotel to any visitor and can fully endorse it is an excellent place for adventure travelers and family travelers alike with great staff, clean rooms, and an amazing location.

The butler service are a great experience as you can text them and request tea, which they brewed for you.
I ordered them at midnight and they replied my request in no time.
The room is very quiet and sound proof.
The service was superb, and the food was excellent. I will definitely return on my next trip.
