This review is solely on dinner buffet experience.
If star ratings top of at 5. I would give them a 6 for going above and beyond for their excellency in hospitality.
I'll try to keep it short as possible. One of my family member was feeling ill before making the visit. As we began dinning, her stomach pain impact her from continuing her meal. She would make multiple trips to the restroom to vomit. It got so bad making trips was impossible so she vomit into the oyster bucket(We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience). During this time the staffs on deck took notice. The management level came over multiple times to comfort and offer assistance in any way possible. Never in my life, in any circumstances, have had a bunch of complete strangers, that felt like family offering the level of care parents would give.
To close this off. I applaud you and your team for all your kindness that evening. It was a true blessing.

Easily one of my absolute favorite hotels in the world!
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were greeted warmly at the door, helped with our luggage, and escorted up to the lobby, where the front desk staff introduced themselves and ensured all our needs were taken care of. Being handed a chilled, refreshing towel upon arrival was such a lovely touch! Kid's got a Cordis goodie backpack.
We booked a setup with a queen bed and two twin beds for the four of us. The beds were incredible super comfortable with sheets as soft as silk, and perfectly plush pillows.
The bathroom was equally impressive: floor marble, a fantastic rainfall showerhead, and plush, thick towels. They truly thought of everything, providing amenities like toothbrushes, combs, and shavers. They even provided complimentary water in glass bottles from the Nordic region a remarkably posh touch!
If you book a package, do not skip the breakfast buffet. The spread is unreal, offering a delicious blend of Western and Chinese options that was pure heaven. From authentic Hong Kong milk tea served in classic Black & White mugs to freshly squeezed juices, it was worth every penny.
My kids spent every day at the rooftop pool and hot tub, which was super relaxing. The pool staff was always there to greet us and serve fresh water right to our spots.
If you're a foodie and love to shop, this place is situated just a bridge access to Langham Place and quick access to the MTR. Amazing!

Amazing hotel in the best location in Hong Kong. Adjacent to a giant mall, food court, street markets, the metro, shopping plazas; all in the heart of Hong Kong. Perfect for any tourist. Has a Michelin starred restaurant and an award winning spa in it. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi were amazing. Staff was attentive, room was cozy, also thanks to the receptionist Lilian for catering to our needs. Very clean hotel, amazing views, great location, what else is there to say? I will recommend this place to all my family and friends. Greetings from Turkey.

I had a wonderful stay at the Cordis. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly accommodating throughout my stay.
The rooms were spacious, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I booked through Trip.com, which included a complimentary wine tasting experience. As someone from Australia who has visited quite a few cellar doors, I can honestly say this was by far one of my favourites.
Allen, who hosted the session, was superb — knowledgeable, engaging, and welcoming. I’d highly recommend travellers take advantage of this offer during their stay. Best char Siu. I would def stay again. Really good location.

We had a wonderful stay at Cordis Hong Kong. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient, and we were really touched by the thoughtful welcome. A small gift bag and a lovely cake waiting in the room made the arrival feel special. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide spread and great quality across the board. The location is a real highlight too. The MTR connectivity right at Mong Kok station makes getting around the city incredibly easy, whether you’re heading to Disneyland, the harbour, or catching the ferry to Macau. Highly recommend, and we’d happily stay again.

I recently stayed at Cordis Hotel Hong Kong, and I’m thrilled to share how wonderful my experience was, largely due to the exceptional service from Ernest and Benson at Reception. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel so welcomed from the very start. Even though the hardware in the room wasn’t the newest, I encountered an issue with the TV screen mirroring. However, their quick response and attentiveness turned a minor inconvenience into a display of outstanding customer service. Within no time, the problem was addressed, and I felt truly valued as a guest. I’d also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the IT Department and Engineering team for their swift assistance—please ensure they receive my appreciation for their hard work behind the scenes. Ernest and Benson’s dedication, combined with the support of these teams, made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Cordis Hotel Hong Kong to anyone visiting the city; their commitment to guest satisfaction is unmatched. Thank you again for an incredible experience

We have been staying at Cordis whenever we come to Hong Kong. This time, Baby checked us in when we arrived and was accommodating to our requests. She was cheerful and courteous throughout and certainly made us very welcomed. We’ll certainly be back at Cordis.

The room size is standard with urban area hotels in Hong Kong. The style is relatively old Mandarin style and need further improvement. The location is easy assess to other tourism spot and convenient

Monster sushi is supposed to be a more high classes fancy schmancy Japanese joint but I'm very disappointed today because everything we ordered was unavailable. We ordered the season special grapefruit yoghurt drink, mango sorbet drink, the fois crab roll, and spicy crab roll which were all unavailable because they didn't have fois or crab. This really isn't a cheap place and I expected a better quality and service instead of the server coming to us every 2 minute saying all their dishes were unavailable.
Lastly, when the food did come, each roll had more rice than the filling :(

Dined here several times a week. Morning & afternoon dimsum are fairly standard. Green tea taro cake is yummy! Not too sweet, full of taro flavor with a light flaky sesame crust. Service is hit or miss. Some severs don't know what's in the dimsum filling, while some servers know exactly what's inside. This place is always packed. Come early to avoid the queue.
