Families, whatever you do, do NOT book this hotel. It's owned by Indians, and they're scammers. Not only is the environment dirty and messy, but I was also extorted for my HKD 100 deposit at check-out. They claimed I smoked and demanded a HKD 2500 fine. I've never smoked a day in my life, and I certainly didn't smoke in the room. Less than a minute after I got to the front desk, they showed me a video of an ashtray, and I knew right then I was being scammed. I kept refusing, but then they said HKD 1000 would solve it. After arguing back and forth, I knew they wouldn't let me leave without paying. People from mainland China can't call the police in Hong Kong. Remember that! Remember that! Remember that!

The owner owns 5 kinds of hotels. We book sydney hostel since this is the most recommended in chungking and we ended at their other hotel which is on other unit, 15th floor, different room and we specifically requested for 2 bed but they gave us just 1 bed. They will place you on which rook are available so when you book this, its like lottery or by luck haha. My wife was so angry to me because she's expecting sydney but they gave us the farthest and unexpected room vs the picture.

Nevertheless, good service.

The staff are warm and friendly, and the environment is clean and tidy, which is refreshing. It's safe, comfortable, and easy to find. You can get a good rest on the comfy beds and enjoy complimentary coffee in the morning.

Good service but the food is average in my experience

Great food, excellent & Super fast service, good ambience, decent music gelling with ambience.. The desert taste & presentation was really impressive!

What particularly impressed me, was that the manager, who saw us viewing the menu, noticing that am Indian, might have a possibility of being vegetarian, and so promptly suggested about the vegetarian options as well.
All in all, I had a great experience & would certainly return.

Service, for the most part, was great. The manager and our server were lovely. The food is a bit average though, unfortunately. The Parma pizza was constructed very oddly so the rocket was all in a pile in the middle under the ham so it was quite soggy and difficult to cut/eat. Seemed like a bit too many ingredients for the base. The cannelloni was not really well-seasoned and kind of bland. All you could taste was the wine really.

We enjoyed ourself immensely. The food was excellent, service was first class. Gazi, the manager, was a very charming man who was very hospitable. We will come here every time we come to hongkong.

Pretty average but staff service was good.

Seems like a nice place at first, but then:
You have to wait for seats.
The order takes a while to get to the table. Water is dripping from the ceiling onto you or your plate.
The beef (dish n.1) is plastic like.
The dish n.2 is called spicy but none of us were able to eat it, and the noodles were cold (yes the dish is supposed to be cold, but it was freezing), and they refused to warm it up a little.
So you pay 80$HK for a dish were you can only eat the dumplings (which were good and warm by the way).
Very disappointed by the food, and even more by how the employees reacted (they just laughed at us because we couldn't eat the entire plate).

Long waiting time during lunch. When I go inside the smell like a stink bomb here, noodles taste is worse than 5 years ago as well as the service, a bit disappointed ?

The tomato soup based udon was not rich, but still ok. I would prefer going to some other udon places to get the tomato soup based udon. The beef appetizer is pretty good on the other hand. Love their idea of putting a pig head fish cake to the udon to add some cuteness lol

Hot udon is good, but used to be better before. Soup is tasty though a bit oily. Snacks are just of normal standard.
