My parent's and my sister, was transferred to a different building, because they have no available room?! They were transferred to a small room with a double deck bed instead of the room with two beds which we thought we paid for. When we had it booked in advance, and through Agoda. My family did not argue anymore, ofcourse they were tired, and know that they are in a foreign land. It's purely nonsense that they have no rooms available, when we had it booked and they confirmed it, and the payment was already wired. This is so disappointing. It's their second day today and will be staying there till the 6th, I hope this can still be amended if not, I will not stay silent. It's my parent's first trip abroad and we felt robbed.

The location was incredibly convenient for exploring the city, yet the room remained a quiet, peaceful sanctuary. Speaking of the room, it was spotless, featuring modern decor and a bed that offered a fantastic night's sleep.
What truly set this hotel apart was the service; the staff were attentive, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome. The accommodation is located on a central street full of shops. It wasn't easy to find because it's inside a market. There's only one elevator available, so sometimes you have to wait for it. The room is small but has a window.

This was the worst hotel experience ever. It ruined my entire impression of Hong Kong. This hotel completely ruined our long-planned New Year's holiday. Despite booking a twin room with two single beds months in advance, we were initially given a room with one double bed and a disgustingly dirty toilet. We were forced to waste precious vacation time and energy fighting for a room, change our plans, repack our luggage and move to right room. While they eventually moved us, the immense stress, broken plans, and utter disappointment cannot be undone. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone—it is unreliable and shows a blatant disregard for guests and their reservations. Book it at your own risk.

I stayed in CK mansion mny times in different guesthouses. This one happens to be the shortest stay, just under 9 hours due to layover for my next flight. Room was standard tiny size, for the price and location it was a great deal. AC and hot shower worked well.

Convenient location, close to shops, kowloon, harbour city, etc. Great value on weekdays because the price is not relatively high. Don't expect bigger rooms if you are choosing the value hotel in the downtown (expect the typical small room types) Good for a day or so as a solo traveler. The rooms are clean, tidy, and safe. The attendant and the owner were really good! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I could echo other people’s reviews about cleanliness and the area etc, but what I will say is Hong Kong is one of the most expensive places for space in the world and you get what you pay for. I chose the ‘double room’ and it was tiny as expected but it was secure and the lady at the ‘reception’ was very nice.

Great food, excellent & Super fast service, good ambience, decent music gelling with ambience.. The desert taste & presentation was really impressive!
What particularly impressed me, was that the manager, who saw us viewing the menu, noticing that am Indian, might have a possibility of being vegetarian, and so promptly suggested about the vegetarian options as well.
All in all, I had a great experience & would certainly return.

Service, for the most part, was great. The manager and our server were lovely. The food is a bit average though, unfortunately. The Parma pizza was constructed very oddly so the rocket was all in a pile in the middle under the ham so it was quite soggy and difficult to cut/eat. Seemed like a bit too many ingredients for the base. The cannelloni was not really well-seasoned and kind of bland. All you could taste was the wine really.

We enjoyed ourself immensely. The food was excellent, service was first class. Gazi, the manager, was a very charming man who was very hospitable. We will come here every time we come to hongkong.

Seems like a nice place at first, but then:
You have to wait for seats.
The order takes a while to get to the table. Water is dripping from the ceiling onto you or your plate.
The beef (dish n.1) is plastic like.
The dish n.2 is called spicy but none of us were able to eat it, and the noodles were cold (yes the dish is supposed to be cold, but it was freezing), and they refused to warm it up a little.
So you pay 80$HK for a dish were you can only eat the dumplings (which were good and warm by the way).
Very disappointed by the food, and even more by how the employees reacted (they just laughed at us because we couldn't eat the entire plate).

Long waiting time during lunch. When I go inside the smell like a stink bomb here, noodles taste is worse than 5 years ago as well as the service, a bit disappointed ?

The tomato soup based udon was not rich, but still ok. I would prefer going to some other udon places to get the tomato soup based udon. The beef appetizer is pretty good on the other hand. Love their idea of putting a pig head fish cake to the udon to add some cuteness lol

Hot udon is good, but used to be better before. Soup is tasty though a bit oily. Snacks are just of normal standard.
