Reviews
This, however, was definitely not worth the money. The pictures are simply misleading, just check the other Google Maps reviews. We booked a standard double room and it was with no windows, 9 m2, and it looked nothing like what is shown online. We spoke with other guests and some even showed us their rooms, same situation. If you are unlucky, you get the 9 m2 version without a toilet, which is located in the middle of the floor.
I sent them three messages upon arrival to request an early check-in, yet zero answer.
They also require a deposit of around 10 USD, EUR, or CHF, which was not specified in the booking as of 23.02.2026. That felt dishonest.
And there's a fine for everything 😂 If you or your baby pee on the bed, you get a fine. If you leave electronic devices on while out, fine. If you breathe oxygen during the day instead of using photosynthesis, fine. 🤌🏼 We genuinely wish we could get our money back.
As for other negatives that are not directly their fault, there is only one elevator for a 16 floor building in central Hong Kong. So be prepared for some involuntary mindfulness practice while waiting. Taking the stairs is an adventure too, just note that they are in a different entrance and you will likely pass quite a few trash bags on the way. Cultural immersion included, no sarcasm, try it once.
Yes, 35 euro per night is cheap for that location. But misleading customers is simply unethical.
- The rooms in the hotel are clean, yes it's small, but its neat and you get what you payed for.
- The staff are nice and the service is very good. Just go look for Kevin if you need anything or if you have some inquiries.
- The only thing that I didn't like was the long wait on the elevator, but that's not part of the hotel, that's the building's.
- The location is good too, the Tsim Sha Tsui station is just a minute walk. A lot of establishment around the building.
The overall experience was good. The cheapest hotel you'll fine around the area. I would book here again if I came back to Hong Kong.
Cafe and Restaurants near hotel
What particularly impressed me, was that the manager, who saw us viewing the menu, noticing that am Indian, might have a possibility of being vegetarian, and so promptly suggested about the vegetarian options as well.
All in all, I had a great experience & would certainly return.
You have to wait for seats.
The order takes a while to get to the table. Water is dripping from the ceiling onto you or your plate.
The beef (dish n.1) is plastic like.
The dish n.2 is called spicy but none of us were able to eat it, and the noodles were cold (yes the dish is supposed to be cold, but it was freezing), and they refused to warm it up a little.
So you pay 80$HK for a dish were you can only eat the dumplings (which were good and warm by the way).
Very disappointed by the food, and even more by how the employees reacted (they just laughed at us because we couldn't eat the entire plate).
Quality: average
Quantity: good
Value: average
Atmosphere: not to busy and easy to get a seat at lunch time
No high chairs available.
