It is not a hotel - you get a room in an apartment with a shared bathroom. The building is incredibly dirty and rundown, although the location is very central. We tried to cancel and modify our dates after seeing the place - despite offering ’free’ cancellation, this was a blatant lie. The owner is totally unresponsive and ignores all requests made via Trip. Do not stay here

The eldest lady is very nice and enthusiastic. Even though I was worried that I couldn't find the hotel, she was still waiting for me outside at 12 o'clock in the morning. The experience was perfect. It was really an eye-opener. It's worth a stay for everyone. Come and place an order.

I don't recommend it at all. It's very difficult to get a refund, and the refund is not a full refund. The boss's attitude is extremely bad, like a black spot.

The boss of this hotel is so bad. We booked two rooms in advance the day before and arrived at 11 o'clock in the evening. After finally finding the place, the first time we called, they said they didn't see my order. Five of us went to the front desk to find no one to receive us. We made countless calls and no one answered. We had no choice but to book another hotel. This is obviously a discredit to Xi'an's tourism business card. I hope they will vigorously rectify such unscrupulous businesses.
