The location is super convenient, right by Yuxiang Gate, so you can easily access the city wall or stroll along the moat. The front desk staff, Ms. Yang and Ms. Wang, were also very welcoming and enthusiastic. Overall, it was a good stay.

The front desk staff, Xiao Fang and Dandan, provided incredibly professional, friendly, and enthusiastic service. The hotel is in a fantastic, quiet location despite being in the bustling city, directly opposite the city wall. It's just a 10-15 minute walk to the scenic area, yet at night, you can sleep soundly until you wake up naturally. The breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious!

The room was quite clean and tidy. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They contacted us even before we arrived in Xi'an. We had an extra child, and the front desk kindly provided an additional breakfast every day. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir. Throughout our stay, we bothered the front desk many times, and they always went above and beyond to help us! Next time I come to Xi'an, I'll most likely choose an InterContinental hotel again! The hotel breakfast was also pretty good, just the flavors I enjoy!

Our stay this time was fantastic! The hotel generously allowed us a late check-out until 3 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful. The facilities are brand new, the bed is super soft, and all the bathroom amenities worked perfectly. The cleanliness was exceptional; the room was spotless. The surrounding area is quiet and pleasant, and getting around is very convenient with bus stops and metro stations not far away. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit.

Conveniently located near the subway station and a food street, making it easy for business travelers. The room offered a view of the ancient city wall and was well-equipped with all necessary facilities. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the overall value for money was excellent.

I think it’s pretty good and cheap, it’s not that far, around 20 minutes from most of the places, the breakfast it’s good Chinese food

The Holiday Inn Express is conveniently located very close to the subway station, and it's easy to catch a taxi right outside. The breakfast was rich and nutritious, and the room facilities were complete. Managers Wang and Yang at the front desk were enthusiastic and professional; check-in was very quick, and they even upgraded my room. The overall experience felt like excellent value for money. I highly recommend it with five stars! 👍👍👍 You can see the city wall directly from the room, which is a nice touch.
