This is my second time staying here. The accommodation is in an apartment building. The way may look a bit mysterious, but it is not difficult to find. Contact the owner via WeChat. The owner will send a detailed map of the building where we are staying. The owner is lovely and kind. The area is near the university. There is a night market with a lot of food. For us, the transportation is quite convenient. It is about 3 bus stops from the BTS station. For those who are looking for a budget accommodation and are not too serious about the environment in the apartment, this is another good choice. The room is clean. 👍

After checking the high ratings online and looking at the pictures, it looked good, so I came to stay. The big bathroom 👍 has only enough hot water for one person. Girls need to wash their hair quickly or take a cold bath 🥹 The double bed is comfortable to sleep on 😌 but it is inconvenient to get in and out right next to the door. Hygiene 🤔 After staying for five nights, no one cleans the room. Two towels and one bath towel are used from beginning to end. What can I say... There are people cleaning the room next to it but they don't care about this room. I'm speechless! The business is not other people's business, the guests are here to consume. It's easy going for the landlord but he doesn't want to bother buying disposable bath towels for his own use. The bus in the university town is convenient for travel. McDonald's is nearby and it's warm. KFC is so cold that it freezes your hands. The merchants want to eat quickly and leave haha😄

The room is fully equipped with intelligent facilities, clean and tidy, and has disposable toilet covers. The service attitude is warm, thoughtful and meticulous, and the large projection screen is really cool! The location is excellent, there is a supermarket downstairs, and all kinds of snacks are complete and delicious!

The hotel is very close to Tianjin University of Technology and Tianjin Normal University. There is a snack night market less than 100 meters away, making dining convenient. The curtains and lights in the room are intelligently voice-controlled, the large-screen projection is clear, the air-conditioning is silent, and the sleep is quiet. The only drawback is that the hot water pressure for showering is a little low.

The room is really good and clean. Three of us went there and stayed for 4 nights. the owner is friendly and attends to all of our needs. The room has a projector so you can chill. The only downside is that the place is in the neighborhood and it is a little difficult to find it at first as the owners don't speak English. But the locals helped us. You can also use WeChat to communicate with the owner. The owner tried to help us all the time. There's a food street at night when you exit from the main gate. So the food won't be a problem. highly recommend this place if you're looking for a room.
