Breakfast was completely cleared by 9:30 AM without even asking guests if they were still eating. I saw some guests asking the staff for food, but they wouldn't give it. Check-in was very inefficient, and we had to wait in line for a long time.

Excellent stay two times in December/ January 2024/25. Reception is okay and helpful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet is perfect for all needs at breakfast and dinner. Rooms and services available are top notch compared to hotels around the world, but actually rather normal for hotels in China. Food is great and hotel is located next to 3 malls, with one of the malls (Aqua City) being linked to the hotel at level 3.
