We checked in on December 31, 2025. The day before, the hotel front desk proactively called to ask about our estimated arrival time and any preferences or dietary restrictions we might have

Overall, the room facilities were quite comprehensive and very clean. I especially loved the hotel's swimming pool; the water temperature was 28 degrees Celsius and there was no unpleasant odor, which was great! 👍

The room's amenities were outstanding, featuring a huge bathtub, and the attention to cleanliness was impressive. Definitely recommend! The location is unbeatable – simply step outside, turn right, and you're by the lake

The hotel boasts a prime location, with Sam's Club, Impression City Shopping Mall, AEON Supermarket, and Mimi Park Dining Street all within a kilometer. This offers a fantastic variety of shopping and dining options

At check-out, the kind lady at the front desk gave the children various gifts, which was a truly heartwarming gesture. The kids were absolutely delighted and said they can't wait to stay here again!

The lady at the front desk was lovely and upgraded us to a lake-view room, which was absolutely beautiful. It's a very comfortable hotel with convenient transportation and a great environment

We stayed there for two nights and had a wonderful time. The room was clean and tidy and the service was perfect. Very close to the Tianjin Eye and Tianjin Ancient Street. We highly recommend staying in this hotel!

The room is well-equipped, clean, and has a great environment. Its location right next to the Haihe River yacht marina makes it very convenient for getting around, and the night views are beautiful

The location is superb; you won't find a hotel closer to the Tianjin Eye. Step out and you're right by the Ferris wheel, Yongle Wharf, and a sightseeing bus stop, making night boat tours incredibly convenient

The service staff are very friendly, warm, and attentive. Breakfast is extensive, with local Tianjin snacks available, and the nutritional balance is excellent

Behind the hotel is Dabeiyuan Temple, and Wanghai Church, Jingang Bridge, and Shilin Bridge are also very close

The breakfast spread was plentiful, with many local Tianjin snacks that tasted great. My only minor complaint is the lack of homemade yogurt. The room was quite spacious, but the bathroom lighting was a bit dim

Overall, the stay was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the environment was very good. I especially liked the shower. Zhang at the front desk had a perfect service attitude

The front desk staff were enthusiastic and even upgraded breakfast for my two kids for free. It offers great value for money and is definitely worth staying at again!

Great stay! The hotel is conveniently located near the subway. The front desk contacted me in advance to ask about my needs, and the room had excellent soundproofing

Overall, the hotel is fantastic. Located in Jinnan District, it's a 10-minute drive from Hexi. While the surrounding shopping areas are a bit far, the hotel offers a good selection of restaurants

If you want it quiet and nice and you don't need it loud, than you are in the right place! 15 min with the car and you are in Downtown! The Crown Plaza has a exelent Atmosphere! Enjoy it! !!!

I was surprised that there is no turn down nigh service with the hotel. Further, the towels are quite worn with holes in them

The room design is quite traditional and dated, and there's no coffee machine. The semi-open closet is impractical; after showering, I had nowhere to hang my bath towel, so I had to use a hanger inside the wardrobe

This hotel is right by the Hai River, making it super convenient for getting around. The facilities are all pretty good, breakfast is plentiful, and the pool is clean

The Cantonese restaurant inside the hotel isn't overpriced either. What really stood out was the excellent service from the front desk staff – they really made my stay a happy one

A special mention goes to Tang Qian, the breakfast supervisor, who was incredibly thoughtful and attentive to guests' needs. She helped us with our coffee and showed us to our seats. Her service truly impressed us

The hotel offers good value for money, being a brand-name hotel, and there were no issues with room cleanliness or overall service. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation and a bathtub, which is very convenient

The location is superb, right by the Haihe River's Jingang Bridge, very close to the Tianjin Eye, and you can even see many seagulls right outside. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Tianjin

During the Spring Festival, we even caught a light show, which was a nice bonus. Very satisfied! The curtains were automatic, but they had two layers: an up-and-down blackout blind and side-to-side sheer curtains

The doorman service was excellent. They helped open car doors and carry luggage upon arrival and departure, which was a big plus. The room was great, with direct views of the Hai River's nightscape

The bathtub in the bathroom was very deep, which was fantastic for a relaxing soak. The automatic toilet in the bathroom was a nice touch; many hotels don't have this, so it was appreciated

After getting our food, we realized there were no utensils on the table and had to ask a staff member. However, the food itself was good, with main courses and meat dishes

The afternoon tea was, frankly, a bit disappointing. The selection was small, and there was no fresh juice. During 'happy hour,' there was no one to seat us

The automatic control only worked for the blackout blind; the sheer curtains had to be manually pulled (or maybe I just couldn't find the switch?)

The hotel facilities are top-notch. The indoor heated pool has crystal clear water, and there's also a sauna, hot tub, and a well-equipped gym

Although the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, it's only a few minutes' walk to the subway station, which makes it quite convenient

The buffet is excellent too, with a wide variety of dishes and exceptionally good service staff

I went to Tianjin for Richie Jen's concert this time, and surprisingly, Richie and I stayed at the same hotel! Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are very well-maintained, super clean, and the attention to detail is excellent

The location is fantastic, right near Xiaobailou and super convenient for the Wudadao area. Plus, the Astor Hotel is right next door. My only complaint is that the room felt very outdated and the facilities were old

I came here for the Soul Power David Tao concert. It's about a 40-minute walk from the venue, and the traffic at the beginning and end of the show didn't affect me at all
