The bathroom had all these dirt marks along the shower and the toilet. The hotel is sold to have a pool, but the pool is actually a public pool that was just full of kids. It was also said that the breakfast is western

Overall, the room facilities were quite comprehensive and very clean. I especially loved the hotel's swimming pool; the water temperature was 28 degrees Celsius and there was no unpleasant odor, which was great! 👍

At check-out, the kind lady at the front desk gave the children various gifts, which was a truly heartwarming gesture. The kids were absolutely delighted and said they can't wait to stay here again!

The lady at the front desk was lovely and upgraded us to a lake-view room, which was absolutely beautiful. It's a very comfortable hotel with convenient transportation and a great environment

Room service was very warm and attentive! There's a breakfast spot nearby called "Laoda Restaurant" where you can try authentic Tianjin breakfast, the wontons and 'guobakai' (fried dough with sauce) are delicious! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TV; it's a bit small and not very clear

Gym and swimming pool are perfect. Below the hotel there is a huge huge shopping mall with endless number of restaurants for any kind and need

Excellent stay two times in December/ January 2024/25. Reception is okay and helpful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet is perfect for all needs at breakfast and dinner. Beds are clean and convenient

We ate at the restaurant and the food was OK, but I might have expected a little better quality in the food at a 5 star hotel. But otherwise it is very luxurious and comfortable

During the May Day holiday, I stayed at the Renaissance Tianjin TEDA Hotel, which is only a 10-minute drive from Binhai Railway Station. There are also plenty of dining options nearby

I have neck problems, so I called for a neck pillow, and it was delivered almost immediately after I hung up. The jianbing guozi (savory crepes) and beef soup with fish ball noodles for breakfast were quite good
