I had to drag my luggage a long distance, even crossing a street, which was especially inconvenient since I checked in at night. Breakfast was completely cleared by 9:30 AM without even asking guests if they were still eating. I saw some guests asking the staff for food, but they wouldn't give it. Check-in was very inefficient, and we had to wait in line for a long time.

The restaurant was closed… had to go to the shopping centre near biy. Looks like it’s only open for breakfast. Room service menus only has a few items on it . Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Rooms and services available are top notch compared to hotels around the world, but actually rather normal for hotels in China. Food is great and hotel is located next to 3 malls, with one of the malls (Aqua City) being linked to the hotel at level 3.

My favorite hotel in Tianjin! The environment is lovely, and it's right by Hubin Park. The location is excellent – there's a sports and fitness center right next door, and Fuyue Plaza and SM Shopping Center are a short walk away, making it super convenient for families with kids and dining.

I was surprised that there is no turn down nigh service with the hotel.. Further, the towels are quite worn with holes in them.. My room smelled of someone smoking in it or it is just that the room used to be smoking years back.. For a quick turn around hotel, it was ok only because of the location.

Rated as a 5-star, but honestly, I wouldn't go that far. The hygiene was a bit subpar, and the staff seemed quite dismissive. The new system, Xiao Qiao, is clearly still in its early stages. Nobody, from the engineers down to the staff, seemed to know how to use it. This resulted in all the lights automatically blasting on every hour throughout the night.
