The restaurant was closed… had to go to the shopping centre near biy. Looks like it’s only open for breakfast. Room service menus only has a few items on it . Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

From the moment I stepped out of the car until I checked out, I was enveloped in warmth! The front desk staff proactively remembered my surname and greeted me warmly every time I saw them. I was surprised that there is no turn down nigh service with the hotel.. Further, the towels are quite worn with holes in them.. I arrived at the hotel close to midnight, and even though it was still under renovation, it was surprisingly quiet and clean. They had a welcome fruit platter in the room, and to my surprise, it was lychees! And for breakfast, they even had shrimp dumplings, which was a real pleasant surprise.

The bathtub was leaking, and I couldn't switch rooms during my stay. I didn't want the hassle, so I just put up with it. Everything else was pretty good, except for breakfast – those two aspects were basically top-notch. I think the price is fair for its positioning, though it fluctuates quite a bit on holidays and weekends. I even stayed there again later.

The soundproofing of the room is really average. I was woken up by other guests talking in the middle of the night. I made a note hoping that the store would arrange a quiet holiday, but the soundproofing is still very poor. Other aspects are OK.

The front desk service was very satisfying. Parking was convenient with a private courtyard. There are many local restaurants nearby. The room facilities are a bit old, but thankfully still clean. Recommended for a stay, good value for money.

Very satisfied! Every time I visit Tianjin, I always choose Marriott Executive Apartments! The parking is convenient, the hotel location is great, and the facilities are complete! The service is excellent! The swimming pool, gym, and breakfast are all fantastic! The cleaning staff are very diligent!

I came here for the Soul Power David Tao concert. It's about a 40-minute walk from the venue, and the traffic at the beginning and end of the show didn't affect me at all. The accommodation was also very nice, clean, and well-equipped. I would definitely stay here again if I came to Tianjin for other events. The receptionist even gave me a David Tao fridge magnet as a souvenir, which was so nice!

The staff were very warm and attentive, and they even gave us a thoughtful little gift! 😄
