The restaurant was closed… had to go to the shopping centre near biy. Looks like it’s only open for breakfast. Room service menus only has a few items on it . Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

I was surprised that there is no turn down nigh service with the hotel.. Further, the towels are quite worn with holes in them.. My room smelled of someone smoking in it or it is just that the room used to be smoking years back.. For a quick turn around hotel, it was ok only because of the location.

An old five-star hotel. While the facilities are a bit dated, they are well-maintained. The staff are very service-oriented. During the May Day holiday, the price wasn't inflated much. Good location and wonderful environment to stay and business meeting

The front desk and concierges were friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was little outdated, and the tub was not clean enough for soaking. The door of the separated shower stall could not be closed, after we complained, the hotel moved us to a different room. After all, the stay was pleasant.

The hotel must provide western food at breakfast and international TV channel

Good hotel. Only inconvenient: they didn't accepted the payment through Trip.com, they consider that payment, so they requested payment when I was checking out. The money payed in Trip.com was returned, but they should have explained this before, through the system.

My hot water shower had issue. It was suddenly hot suddenly cold. I went during early Nov it was very cold. However their service was good. As the room aircond had changed to heater function and we were feeling stuffy, they offered to give us cooling fan to put in the room. They have good shuttle service as well.

Hotel is within 5 minutes from Tianjin station. Central location to key malls and Ping An street. Their morning breakfast offers wide varieties and food quality exceeds my expectation. Hampton @Tianjin station is a value for money pick.
