Good location in heart of Tianjin, even small place but convenience and good service

The front desk service was incredibly unpleasant. During check-in, they made me scan a QR code, pointing directly at it and saying, "Give me your phone, I'll do it." After scanning it, I discovered it was for membership upgrades. Whether traveling for leisure or business, I've never encountered such front desk staff in all my hotel stays. The fattest receptionist was the only one there; the other staff were quite polite. As for the room, it was rather small, and the bathroom wasn't great. Aside from its good location, it had no other advantages.

Negative review. Absolutely a negative review. The actual room was tiny; the photos were misleading. They raised prices several times over during the holiday season, but the service didn't improve at all.

The room was tiny, poorly soundproofed, and there was a staircase outside the window, posing a safety hazard. Breakfast was served across the street, and the food was barely edible! Overall, a truly terrible experience!

The front desk staff engaged in practices such as soliciting followers for their WeChat official account and tricking guests into upgrading their rooms. The room environment was also extremely poor. Most importantly, the window overlooked the staircase, offering absolutely no privacy.

Small room, no stands to open up your luggage, had to do it on the table or the bed. Bathroom very small, toilet and shower are separated by a curtain, the whole floor gets wet after shower. Hotel is close to line 1 subway and buses, restaurants near by for late dinner.

Decent place to stay that isn't too far from the local attractions. You need to make a short walk to the station and I recommend directly walking across the street if you're headed in the other direction.

Food is pretty good. Peking Duck is superb and good selection of other dishes. Prices are very reasonable. Lunch for 2 (1/2 Peking duck, 3 other dishes ) comes to about RMB150.
Cane back for lunch 2 days later to try other dishes. All are good except the pot of Pu`er cost RMB68. And the tea wasn't particularly good. So avoid ordering pot of tea.
