Facilities: We happened to visit during a strong windy period in Dali, and the air conditioning's heating was very effective. The shower water was also very hot. A huge plus is the hotel's underground parking.
Cleanliness: Very clean, and the room had no strange odors.
Environment: The location is great, not far from Erhai Lake and other attractions. There are many restaurants and fruit shops downstairs, yet it's still quite quiet.
Service: Excellent! The front desk staff brought a fruit platter to our room every day.

The front desk staff and the parking attendant showed great professionalism. However, other aspects, like the security guard at the breakfast entrance who collects tickets, were quite mediocre. At night, the door kept making noise and wouldn't close properly, and for some reason, the disposable slippers were already opened. All in all, this is the worst Vienna Hotel I've ever stayed at in Yunnan! It's not even as good as a 50-yuan guesthouse!!! Don't believe me? Come and stay here yourself!

This hotel is clean and neat. The location is 20 minute of drive away from ancient town. I booked a room in which I could see the Er Sea from the room. The breakfast buffet room is a bit small compared to many hotels that I’ve stayed for the trip.

The room is clean and tidy. There is a fruit shop nearby and you can buy seasonal fruits easily.

Ok with everything except the cleaners forget to fill up the shower gel that when I already starting to take shower and every day need us to request extra towels and stuffs as we stay with 3 people room.
