What I appreciated the most was how kind and attentive they were , they even helped carry my heavy luggage without hesitation. Their warm hospitality and willingness to help with everything really made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. I’m very grateful for their support and would definitely recommend staying here.
The hotel's location is superb, truly facing Erhai Lake. Our sea-view room had an unbeatable view; the balcony directly overlooked the lake, and the sunset was breathtaking. I'm not a good sleeper, but falling asleep to the sound of the waves was incredibly soothing.
The room was spacious and bright, decorated in a simple Mediterranean style, very refreshing. The bedding was comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable, making me feel very safe and secure. The receptionist was very welcoming, check-in was quick, and she even kindly recommended fun places nearby.
Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience. Next time I come to Dali, Hai Zhi Yu will definitely be my first choice. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to relax and unwind by Erhai Lake!
