Silver Chest Boutique Hotel

Kunming, 16 Qianwang St, South Hall, Wuhua Dist. (in the centre) 🧭

Not a four star hotel, in that it lacks certain service features that you would expect from an international 4 star hotel, but a delight nevertheless. A beautiful old building, friendly attentive staff. Beware - only the general manager speaks English. The other staff communicate via an app on their mobile phones.

Great little boutique hotel with authenticity. Location is fantastic with whiskey bars nearby. We visited in December and weather was cold, but they provided heating and aircon in the room that made it pleasant. Local breakfast was good and decent portion. Def not a four star but a very good boutique hotel.

First off, the location for the place is off in Google maps. The entrance is actually on the alley side of the corner just off the main street and to the left of the cat cafe. Yup, cats and tea. Anyway, the place is freaking amazing, breakfast is unreal (get the noodles) and I wish we had stayed longer. Oh, many of the rooms to have openings bathrooms so if you're traveling with a buddy, don't share

Very nice boutique hotel and really great whiskey bar!

A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of old Kunming town !

Hongdu Hotel

Kunming, No. 666 Dabanqiao Shangye Street, Guandu District (16 km from centre) 🧭

Cleanliness is paramount, reflecting our dedication. Public areas and corners are meticulously cleaned at scheduled times daily, ensuring no clutter on the floors, no dust on surfaces, and no stains on the walls. Items are neatly arranged and systematically organized for easy access. We strictly adhere to cleaning protocols, regularly disinfecting to eliminate potential health hazards at their source...

The free airport shuttle is convenient and quick. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, clean, and tidy. The bedding is comfortable and soft, allowing for a natural, peaceful sleep until morning. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the shower space is large with instant hot water. The air conditioning works well, and the price is very reasonable. Check-in was direct and easy.

Clean and hygienic. I have read many hotels and comments and feel that this one is of suitable price and high-end pictures. After various comparisons, I decisively placed an order. Now I would like to share with you my check-in experience as follows: 1: Service: After arriving at the airport, I contacted the front desk lady. She will patiently guide you where to take the car after picking up your luggage...

The hotel is located on a busy street near the airport. There are many restaurants at the door. The lobby is well decorated, luxurious and upscale. The rooms are spacious and bright, with large windows. The pictures above are real. The night shift housekeeper on 07 is serious and responsible. The restaurant is also large and good. Recommended!

A relatively bad experience. The hotel I bought with the flight ticket was not good. The worst thing was the front desk service, especially the receptionist. She was not polite at all, shaking her legs and looking disdainful. The next day, when I took the shuttle bus to the airport, the receptionist was the same. She was very impatient. I don't know why your front desk staff always have such a face...

The hotel has convenient transportation, free airport pick-up and drop-off services, friendly front desk staff, warm and thoughtful service, spacious and clean rooms, many delicious foods and snacks around, very convenient to eat, the hotel is very cost-effective!

Mei Yin Hotel

Kunming, No. 1689 Yulong Road, Guandu District (6 km from centre) 🧭

The experience was fantastic. The facilities were complete, and most importantly, the service was impeccable. They were incredibly welcoming, and the location was very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and I'll definitely come back next time.

Choosing to stay at the Kunming Meiyin Hotel was definitely the right decision for my trip to Kunming! As soon as I entered the hotel, the front desk staff warmly welcomed me, and the check-in process was quick. They also thoughtfully recommended fun places and good restaurants nearby.

Stayed here for three consecutive days. The price was right and the room was OK. The bed was especially big, a 2.4-meter king-size bed. The hotel also upgraded the room type for free, which was very good.

Very good, friendly front desk, good hygiene

Clean room, quiet environment, excellent service

Overall, it was a good hotel. There's a pedestrian street just across the street, making it very convenient for eating and drinking. The breakfast was decent, and my family was satisfied. The service was also good. It's not far from the hotel by taxi to the old street and Dianchi Lake.
