It is a high-rise building that shares the first five floors with the adjacent hotel building, so facilities such as restaurants and convention centers were shared. The room was clean and spacious. Although it is a bit far from the city center, it was nice because it was cozy and clean.

The event hall is quite small and lacks the scale needed for larger weddings, making it better suited for modest gatherings. The location is indeed excellent, but the reading light above the bed was broken, and one of the showerheads in the bathroom wasn't working. I called the front desk at around 10 PM when I discovered these issues, and they sent someone to fix them right away. The repairs lasted until past 11 PM. You can imagine how that impacted my experience.

very nice and friendly counter staff. best location if you plan to visit Haigeng park or Xishan. my kids love to stay here, which is the most convenient to feed seagull. seagulls in Dianchi or Haigeng park are more active than those in Cuihu park or green lake park. some more useful support by this property is to privide free seagull food, free drink and after tea.

A great hotel – it's spacious, the ambiance is lovely, and the breakfast is good too. The service is excellent, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

I booked this room for a friend, extending their stay. The room itself was quite nice, spotless everywhere, and they even provided complimentary fruit. The toiletries were excellent, and the air conditioning in the room was fantastic. The bedding, sheets, and pillows were all very soft and comfortable. I also got two breakfast cards, which was a great bonus!
