The hotel's location is convenient, and the environment is great.

The room was very clean. It's our first stop in Kunming, and the location is great for getting around with convenient transportation and excellent nearby facilities. It really felt like home, very cozy and comfortable. We stayed for two nights, and it was peaceful and quiet every evening.

The breakfast selection was decent. The facilities aren't the newest, but the overall location is good, being quite close to Kunming Old Street and the city center. However, I came back late from an outing and didn't check out on time. The front desk also didn't call to confirm if I was checking out. As a result, when I checked out past 2 PM, they charged me for half a day's extra stay, which I wasn...

The front desk staff, Xiao Wang, provided excellent service. The hotel's location is also very good.

My top choice for business trips. They offer breakfast and even late-night snacks. The front desk service is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

The service attitude was great; since I was traveling alone, they even gave me a late check-out. I'll definitely stay here again next time. It's quite convenient to the subway, making getting around very easy. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and there were free drinks available too.

Came here for a two-day trip during the Chinese New Year. The hotel was clean, the location was excellent, and the breakfast was abundant. The service was warm and welcoming, and the books in the reading corner were all great. The only minor issue was that the laundry room got busy and required a wait when there were more people, but overall, I'm very satisfied!

The hotel's location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and the breakfast was delicious.

We love this Hotel as it's sparkling clean no odor or smoke. Staffs are nice & helpful. It's convenient for walking, taking train or DiDi. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is good. We love their supper, simple comfort food.

The room was quite comfortable, and there's a large parking lot. They even offered a late-night snack when I checked in. The place is very clean with good soundproofing, so I got a great night's sleep. Being able to check out before 2 PM was perfect for my layover in Kunming.

The room layout was great, and it smelled nice with no weird odors. Since I arrived late, only a ground-floor room was available. It has four hot spring pools, and the breakfast rice noodles were delicious. However, the cleanliness could be improved; there was a large clump of hair on the floor when I entered the room. The garden was also beautiful.

This is a great hotel with an excellent location, very close to Dianchi Lake, making it super convenient for feeding the seagulls. The rooms are well-maintained, and the hotel has fantastic views, plus its own hot spring. Our butler, Mia, provided very enthusiastic service.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The pool and the hot spring area were fantastic – perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. One of the highlights for me was definitely the garden: it is huge, beautifully green, and incredibly peaceful...
