The facilities are a bit old, but the beds are clean and comfortable. The room has a balcony with views of nature. The booking included a tie-dye experience and a travel photoshoot, but you need to ask for it proactively.

I was looking for a hotel close to the snow-capped mountains and chose this one based on recommendations from **[platform name]**. Our room was on the third floor of a three-story courtyard building, which unfortunately obstructed some of the mountain view. The breakfast selection was average, and the coffee machine was poor. However, the hotel square offers a great view of the mountains. Also, the complimentary afternoon tea at the Amize Camp was absolutely fantastic! The lush green lawns and lake reflecting the snow-capped mountains made it an unforgettable experience.

The public areas are great, the rooms are comfortable, the service is warm, and the travel photos look good. The only downside is that laundry is inconvenient. I suggest purchasing two sets of commercial washer-dryers.

Service: I was really impressed with the service here, especially the front desk staff. They were incredibly warm and helpful.

Ambiance: It's the end of the season, so it was very quiet, which I found extremely comfortable. I'll definitely be back next winter break.

I can only say it was very mediocre. I was the only guest on my floor, and the light outside my door was broken, which made going back to my room at night super scary and creepy. Also, the room key card was broken! I booked two rooms for two nights. When I checked in in the morning, they told me there was a system issue and gave me a room code, promising the key card later that afternoon. But even after I got the key card in the afternoon, it didn't work; I still had to use the code to get in. And here's the main point: the codes for every room were incredibly simple – I could even guess the code for each room! So, I was really worried about the safety of my belongings in the hotel... it was quite alarming and made me feel uneasy the whole time! It felt very unsafe. The shower water was also very difficult to adjust; it would suddenly get scalding hot, and I got burned twice while showering and washing my hands. The towels were also very old; I found them too worn out even for drying my hands. And the tissues were incredibly thin and terrible, just awful... The only redeeming quality was the nice scenery of the campsite behind the hotel. The rooms themselves were genuinely very, very bad!!!! On a side note, the hotel's restaurant food was pretty good and worth trying.

An absolutely delightful stay that exceeded my expectations! The hotel is situated in a wonderfully quiet and elegant neighborhood. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff were all incredibly kind and polite. This hotel offers great value for money and I highly recommend it! 👍

Staying here was the most comfortable two days of our Yunnan trip! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and responsible, even arranging a shuttle to take us the less than 50 meters to the hotel. Although it's not a fully smart home, it didn't affect the living experience at all! The camp is super beautiful, and there are plenty of activities – the kids didn't want to leave!

This hotel is located near Baisha Ancient Town and Yuhu Village, offering a very tranquil environment. Ameize Camping Base is right at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, providing fantastic natural surroundings. It's connected to the adjacent Club Med, making it an excellent outdoor activity base for cycling, horseback riding, and walking. The hotel restaurant also serves delicious food, and the service is warm and friendly. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.
