We stayed in a Pullman villa, which was incredibly spacious and came with its own private courtyard, offering a very tranquil experience. The hotel provides golf cart service for villa guests; a quick call to the front desk and a cart arrives within 2-3 minutes – very convenient. The hotel package also included afternoon tea, which was of excellent quality, truly five-star standard without any shortcuts. The only drawback is that because the hotel has been open for a while, some of the hardware facilities around the property are showing wear and tear, which detracts from the aesthetics. We even skipped the complimentary travel photography for this reason. I'd suggest they gradually upgrade these facilities.

The experience at Lijiang Pullman Resort was absolutely fantastic! The Naxi-style architecture, coupled with the snow-capped mountain views, was breathtaking; you could see the stunning Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from your window. The garden courtyard was tranquil and elegant. Our room was clean and comfortable, and Rita provided exceptionally warm and thoughtful service from check-in to check-out. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options. It's truly an excellent choice for a Lijiang vacation, five-star recommended!

Pullman truly lives up to its reputation as a benchmark for luxury resorts! The environment is serene and elegant, with the garden landscaping offering beautiful views at every turn. Rita was warm, polite, and responsive, making the whole experience peaceful and pleasant. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lijiang.

The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. They were always helpful after we communicated our needs. When we noticed some dishes were running low at breakfast, they replenished them immediately. The staff were very attentive to our needs. Overall, it exceeded our expectations.

I booked a villa and it was excellent value for money. The hotel's environment is fantastic; it was so relaxing to have tea and meals in the private courtyard. I initially thought the facilities might be outdated since it's an older hotel, but after staying for two days, I found the water pressure from the faucets to be great, and the bed was very comfortable. The hygiene was also good. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect for a lazy getaway for two, with a delicious and abundant breakfast. The hotel service was excellent; even though the facilities and rooms looked a bit dated, the staff always greeted us with a smile, which made our stay very comfortable.

Very beautiful and quiet villas. Breakfast is okay 6:30 to 10:30 which is good for those who sleep late. Nice view from restaurant. Room service dining takes 45 min though, it’s faster order in the restaurant here. Taxi 10 min to old towns.Room is on 26 degrees + of aircon non changeable, so if you like it hot good for you. Also costumed photography package of 5 pics included. If you want to add make up +88 rmb, refund make up 188 rmb. Extra photo 50 rmb. Very nice experience for its price all in all.
