The staff name xiao yang (小杨-杨昌华）was very helpful and friendly. Due to early check in, my room was being arranged at 3rd level with no elevator access. So he helped to carry my 20kg luggage up, and down during check out. He also informed me that I can call to the counter during check out, so that someone can help with the luggage.
He also helped me to carried it from and to the car.
Truly appreciate his good service which hardly get in other accommodation nowadays!
