This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was two years ago when I visited Shanghai with my family, and the experience was excellent; the front desk service was very attentive. The best part is the amazing location, making it convenient to go anywhere. That's why I booked this hotel again for my current trip back to Shanghai. I've even recommended it to my British friends who are coming to Shanghai. It's really great!

Location ia great. Walk to the lovely Yu Gardena in 10 mins. Enjoy the multi faceted experence of food, history and culture of old Shamghai in one place!

I just want to express how amazing my experience at SSAW Boutique was! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The man at the front desk also helped me order food even though it was late at night and found me a restaurant that was open, I really appreciated that. Highly suggest staying here, the views from the rooms are also amazing.

Helpful staff who had very patiently help with our multiple request where possible. Really appreciate the warmth and kindness from the staff. Good location with easy access to train station and walking distance to Yu Yuan.

This hotel is accessible and just a stone’s throw from all major attractions such as the Bund, yu garden, Nanjing east Road, and it has a metro station nearby. Breakfast had an excellent spread, staff are professional and friendly. We enjoyed our stay wholeheartedly and will definitely recommend this hotel. We will come back one day!

The room was very spacious. While the decor was a bit dated and some facilities could use an update and maintenance, it was clean and bright. The service was good. There's a coffee machine in the lobby and drip coffee in the room. Breakfast was excellent.

Got a room upgrade, which was a nice surprise! The hotel is very close to The Bund, and Yu Garden station is within walking distance, making transportation very convenient. The room was quite soundproof, and unlike other hotels on this trip, there was no sewage odor. Breakfast was also good with plenty of options. Overall, I recommend staying here.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, it is within walking distance to the MRT station and you can also walk to the Bund in about 15 to 20 minutes. Thanks to the staff for the free breakfast the next day and we have enjoyed it very much. The room is also very big and comfortable and there that is free coffee available at the lobby 24/7.
