The best hotel in Otocac! Nice rooms and friendly people. When you travel to Plitvice lakes it's perfect. The village is small but nice.

Such friendly people, clean and comfortable rooms, and pleasant place to relax and have some good wine! Make sure to look at their "nicer" wines on their menu (by the bottle), as they have great Croatian options. Very happy with my stay in such a cute small town.

Had dinner here and the trout fish is not too bad. Although this is a 4 star hotel, it doesn't feel like one. The rooms are small and dated. Air-conditioning didn't seems to work well in our room. There is a heater in the bathroom so it is good to dry clothes. WiFi seems to be only available at the lower floors cos some of our tour group members couldn't get WiFi at the upper floors.

Basic, beds were old but comfortable.  Air con wasn't on. Appearantly, they put it on when they think it's necessary. Bathroom was reasonably clean, some mold though. Unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to the standard it offers. The equipment is very old and therefore not maintained. I think a few years ago it was a top establishment. The owners had to forget the investments to be made for maintenance and focus on profitability. It's a shame considering the price of the rooms. The air-conditioning was broken in our room and it was hot, in the middle of summer. Even if we opened the window it was still 25C in the room! They gave us a fan but didn't do much to help in terms of comfort.

As part of bus tour, we stayed here for 2 nights in cottage 6, room 4. We were travelling with a group & stayed at this great resort. Food was fabulous with the breakfast spread being a stand out. Staff were super friendly. Marvellous place, at a stone s throw from the lakes. Charming wooden houses, warm and friendly staff. Very welcoming. Ideal accommodation for families with a number of activities including a petting farm. Very tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. The only downside, the food was slightly on the expensive side. The property was very clean and spacious.. the Bathrooms were modern. We had a balcony with views to the forest. The greatest advantage of the lodge is the short five minute walk to Entrance 3. there is also a walk back along the road that provides some superb views of the large waterfall from above. A quirky hidden gem. Stay on a farm with cats dogs and sheep. You're actually staying within the national park itself, with a lovely friendly host. You can walk a few minutes from the house to find a hidden track to see postcard perfect views of the Plitvice lakes from above.

The staff were friendly, the location was great, and the lake view was fantastic. It was a shame the whirlpool in the sauna was broken. The facility is a bit small and old, but there is a free car service at the entrance and stop of Plitvice, and the massage was good. Spa (swimsuit required) and fitness center are available for free use. Plitvice admission ticket can be extended for free on the day of your stay. This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park. 20 minutes walk through the woods took us to thr park entrance, avoiding any parking costs or issues. We stayed overnight after seeing the lakes, the room was great. It's freshly renovated, modern and comfortable. Beds were cozy, fresh sheets and towels. Very enjoyable stay! Friendly staff gave very helpful tips, excellent location near the national park, easy parking, restaurant and room service available! Clean and comfy!

Great location, plus the hotel was nice, clean, and modern. Front desk staff was super helpful.

I stayed at this hotel while sightseeing in the national park. The room was small and cozy like a cottage, but it had all the basic necessities. The breakfast was also small but delicious.
